It took Bob about a week to schedule this non-emergency task. He and his helper installed a 5 gallon expansion tank above the hot water heater. He repaired two leaks at fittings and simplified some of the original plumbing. Bob and his helper have done work for us before, I like his work.

Friendly. Showed me the proper way to turn water off in my house (using ball valve, not gate valves). Very reasonable prices. They worked hard to get an existing faucet off. They went over one hour, but only charged me for the hour.

He was quick to respond to my request, the clog was fixed and the cost was reasonable. We had just moved to State College, and Mr. Pennabaker was kind enough to answer my questions about the plumbing in the basement and took the time to show me where the main water shut off valve was as well as the shut off valves for the exterior faucets. I also got a lesson regarding how to maintain my exterior faucets when the cold weather comes, which was wonderful, as we moved from TX and didn't have to worry about frozen pipes! We will call him the next time we need a plumber!

He is by himself and I have been using him for years. He is excellent and very reasonable. He is wonderful. It was very inexpensive. I had some things that needed to be fixed. He lifted the toilet off and emptied it out. He turned off the lines. He took the toilet off the floor, put in a new beeswax honey ring and fixed it. He then put the toilet back down. I also had a problem with the sink as the sprayer hose was getting caught up. So, he got underneath there and fixed that. His professionalism is very good. I have used him many times and I would absolutely use him again in the future. I bought my house in the year 1997 and the person who owned it before me recommended him to me because he had been using him for years to do all of his plumbing. So, he knew our system inside and out. I have had no problems whatsoever and he has always been very helpful.

He cleared the clogg told me what to buy. He reset the toliet and told us what to do next time the problem occurs. He did a temporary fix and he was honest. Very honest. He tells you when he is coming. Very good and quick to fix the problem. The bills what you expected.
