Description of Work: Only one problem area was sprayed, only that area needed sprayed. They returned a week or so later to spray again even though our receipt/contract said "One treatment only". Stopped them just in time (wonder if they would have charged us us anyway) the workers said they were scheduled to re-spray, they were however very understanding about the misunderstanding. Sounded like a communication breakdown. We felt like they may have been trying to take advantage? Not sure though...maybe just poor management? We thought it was very pricey for the small area & the amount of time involved. Took a guess on the date of service... 8)

+ -1 moreI would just say if you do monthly service you should be aware that you don't have a lot of notice when they are going to show up so if you are not there they will just spray the outside. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Orkin to spray the inside and outside of our house for pest control.
