+ 0 moreThey charged $137.80 for literally a 5 minute visit and did nothing but turn the oven on and google the model # on his phone. I had already done some internet diagnostics beyond what they did. I asked him about testing the temperature sensors since this is what the error code pointed to and he said "I can't test them now because the oven is hot". So why wouldn't he have tested them before he turned the oven on? He didn't test anything. He just told me the parts weren't available and it couldn't be repaired. I could however deduct 1/2 the cost of the service call toward a new appliance at their store. Hmmm. Sounds like they just want to sell a new appliance since they put no effort what so ever into a possible repair.

+ -1 moreWe had no problems. The price was fair and comparable to the "big box" stores (in fact, the fridge was a little cheaper.) The delivery was on time and the installation went without a hitch. The fridge door did have a dent in it when they removed it from the carton, but they have ordered a replacement door at not cost. We were happy with the price and service and would definitely use them again.
