Terrible!

Had to call them back the first time they were here to ask them to do the job properly. Gave them several more chances since they were very nice, but the job never got done properly.

They do a really good job. It is two women that come and I request the same two. They charge $85 an hour and it usually takes two hours. They are good. They are very professional and very efficient. Their price is a little high but the quality is excellent. They did run late the last time but they let me know that it was the job before mine, which was fine.

They were supposed to clean several rooms in my house but the 2 women did a very half-assed job. They did not clean under furniture or dust properly, among other things. The woman who gave me the estimate said the cleaners would be there for 4 hours. They were there for just 1 hour and 15 minutes. I had to clean after they left. Extremely disappointed. They are unprofessionlal and lazy. Hire someone else!

The work that was performed was done very well and what was cleaned clearly showed. The problems we encountered were with punctuality, and following the prioritized list. They showed up half an hour late without an apology. The kitchen was our number one priority. While the appliances were cleaned and the floor was cleaned, the counters were completely dirty. I ran my hand along the counter and had to wash it, it was so covered in grit and dust. In other, less important, areas of the house, there was incredible attention to detail where they clearly put in extra effort to do a good job. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, I was informed that they could come back later in the day. However, the times that were offered were still part of my work day. After having already taken time off work to let them into the house and explain the list of priorities, I was unable to take additional time off work. I do not believe that correcting a service problem should be done at the convenience of the service provider. Acceptable remediation would have included: returning the pre-paid tip ($20), coming after working hours to correct the problem, or even a sincere apology.

They were not punctual. Had to hire a second company to come in and re-clean. Washed the floors with dirty water.
