Kristie Weiss

Richard showed us a variety of homes over a period of about a year. He was friendly and professional. We found a home we loved and made an offer. Richard recommended a mortgage broker who turned out to be AWFUL. Long story short, we decided to withdraw our offer, and that's when Kristie Weiss came on the scene. She had terrible email etiquette, used a lot of unnecessary exclamations, and her overall tone was snide and nasty. She made no effort to be kind or patient or find out why we were trying to withdraw the offer. Once it was thoroughly explained, she said she wanted to help, but by then it was too late as the incompetent mortgage broker had already destroyed any chance we had of either salvaging the deal or getting our deposit back. Kristie lacked professionalism and was unpleasant to deal with even though our interactions were through email. I would not recommend her or this real estate agency to anyone based on our experience.
