KRIS HANAHAN

Our agent, Kris Hanahan, met with my husband and I to discuss what kind of house we wanted to buy. She explained to us how the process works, and pulled up some listings in her system to show us what was available. She made arrangements for us to view a couple of homes, and notified us promptly of anything new on the market that she thought would interest us. She was very accommodating to our schedules - taking us out after normal working hours, weekends, and during lunch. The first time we made an offer, she walked us through all of the paperwork. She was very patient while we read over everything. We didn't buy that house or the next one we made an offer on, and in both instances she supported our decisions. We got the impression that Kris really enjoys her work, and that she is focused on customer satisfaction. We were never pressured or rushed. Even when we put a hold on the process for a year and then returned, Kris was happy to continue the process. Eventually, we decided to build, and she was still there for us by answering any questions that came up. She's knowledgeable, accommodating, professional, and she has a good sense of humor. Also, she promptly returned our phone calls and emails, and didn't keep us waiting for meetings. We'll go to her if we buy our next house in this area.
