I got a verbal recommendation from a friend who is a contractor and called Housewire. They came quickly and did a very detailed and complete estimate. We discussed what the process would be if hidden problems were discovered. The work was done quickly and completely, with the work area cleaned up at the end of each work day. When the work was complete, I received a detailed invoice of every hour and every part used. The technical and esthetic parts of the work were both of the highest order. I reported an A for price because I believe the price was very fair for the amount and difficulty of work done. If you want cheap, call someone else. If you want superb craftsmanship, call HouseWire. I wish there were a level of response above an A for quality and professionalism, so that I could set HouseWire apart.
