+ -1 moreWe actually used them a different time before and they have always been good. They have a flat hourly rate and it depends on how long they would be there to get everything fixed up. I go with them anytime I have any major problem with my computers. We also purchase our computers from them. They provide a program where you can purchase a year’s coverage and you get less rate charge because of the fact that you are a part of that membership. They are very knowledgeable as far as computer repair. You purchase it through Best Buy, but their repair shop is Geek Squad. They are a subset of Best Buy. I think the price was reasonable. They came on time all the time and they call ahead of time.
Description of Work: I have dealt with Geek Squad from Best Buy. They come out and service your computer if you have a problem. Our computer was acting up to the point where it was almost a blue screen. We were loosing data and they corrected it so we could at least get data files of the computer and get a new one. That was to allow us to transfer files from one computer to another when we purchase a new one.
