Description of Work: Contractor provided me with a proposal for HVAC system replacement. Sales representative was very personable and professional, answered questions thoroughly and objectively, and did not 'over sell' products. Cost proposal was fair and found to be the lowest bidder among five local contractors. Customer has not yet accepted proposal pending further system evaluation from another independent installer.
