Blue Diamond Carpet Cleaners

Very pleased with Blue Diamond. This is the second time I have used them. They are prompt and courteous. And, best of all, the cleaning process they use keeps my carpet looking freshly cleaned much longer than traditional steam cleaning methods. They may not be the lowest cost, but they are a great value because the cleaning lasts longer. Highly recommended!!

Curtis was very timely and courteous. He did a very thorough job cleaning the floors and re-cleaned a couple of spots that were very dirty. Their prices were also the best of the quotes we received for similar services.

Paul was terrific. He was able to remove worn stains on the carpet that have been there for years (even though I have the carpet cleaned by another company once a year). He also cleaned and deodorized the living room couch and chair, which was of particular concern since we have 2 large dogs. Paul took extra time and care cleaning and deodorizing the couch and chair removing any odor whatsoever and leaving them and the carpet looking brand new. Paul and his team were professional, thorough, and especially helpful in giving me tips on keeping the couch looking and smelling good in between cleanings. He is more expensive than other companies, but the old adage "you get what you pay for" is true in this case. I have spent less money with other companies and have always thought "well I guess that's as good as this old stuff is going to look." It is worth the extra money to have a living room that looks, feels and smells brand new again! Thanks Paul and Team I will come back year after year and recommend you without hesitation.

Paul, the owner, was extremely professional right from the very beginning when he followed up on my initial email and then called me to get more details about my home and carpet. He even accommodated the very specific time and date that I requested, even though it was later in the day when most people are done work. He was very punctual the day of the cleaning and he explained the process of what he was going to do. The questions he asked before he started (how old was the carpet, when was it cleaned last, the nature of some of the spots, etc.) demonstrated his attention to detail and the care he takes in his work. When he was finished he gave us directions on how long to let the carpets dry and when we could move the furniture back in to the rooms. He was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable about carpet cleaning (he has several professional certifications) and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. We highly recommend Blue Diamond.

I didn't get the work done, they quoted me $322.50 + tax, which was about 2 times higher than the other companies I called. They also told me that they would not move any furniture around.

They did it quickly and efficiently. And I loved the fact that there was no smell and the carpet was almost dry when they left. I will be using them again.

Paul and his partner arrived on time and completed the job in about 4 hours covering three bedrooms, hallway, loft, stairway, living and dining rooms. I am pleased with the results. It was very thorough. Paul is knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the work -- the various procedures that can be offered to custom design the process to meet particular needs -- dry time, trouble stains, allergies, etc. He used a product that was dry within 3 hours. He returned the next morning to remove the protection blocks, see that furniture was replaced in desired location, and to do some extra work on several marked heavy stain areas (which he was successful in removing). I would be happy recommend his company to anyone.

Blue Diamond was very professional from the first phone call to a follow up call by the owner to ask if we were satisfied after the work was done. We were very pleased. They came on time, did an excellent job cleaning stains and removing urine odor and were very courteous. We were very satisfied.

Based on the small number of carpets we needed cleaned as well our desire for the least expensive option, Paul actually suggested that we go with a competitor in the area. He spent 10 minutes explaining all of the important details to keep in mind as we contacted the competitor, suggested the level of service to use, etc. and was incredibly helpful throughout our conversation. (all of this while knowing that he wouldn't get our business) Although we decided to go with the competitor, we are VERY likely to consider Paul in the future for a larger job when the quality of the work is more important than the bottom-line cost. I could tell in our short conversation that Paul most certainly knew what he was talking about and that he would take great care of anybody's carpet or upholstery.

Everything went well - we got advise on spots, allergy cleaning, and he did a great job. Took hours and we appreciate the time spent because the job was well done.

He did a great job and went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable and the carpets turned out beautifully. We have three cats and two young children in the house and the carpets were deeply stained. He made it look great. He was fast and was very professional. His prices were very good and he was a very pleasant person. This was a great experience and we would highly recommend him.

When scheduling the appointment, Paul was prompt in returning my call. He also arrived to the appointment on time. He assessed the carpet in each of the rooms to be cleaned. He thoroughly cleaned each carpet, noting that his process was a particular value due to the extra steps he takes (vacuuming, pre-treating). He also added deodorizer as a complimentary service. It was clear that Paul is very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning as well as proper carpet care. He also provided suggestions for how to maintain the life of the carpet. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and knowledgeable carpet cleaner.

This company is unreliable and I quickly found out that others in the area felt the same way.

One of the first things he did was check all rugs for fiber type and compatability with his products. He was nice enough to give us a discount for moving the furniture out for him. When he was done, not only did the carpet look great, I was impressed how dry the carpet was already and there was no smell left behind from the cleaning products. I was very pleased. I usually clean the carpets myself, but the off white color was difficult to get really clean. This was so much better than what I could have done. He was professional, conciencious and did a great job.
