After speaking with several of their employees, they figured out the type of lock that needed repair and told me that since they don't stock that on their truck they would have to order it so I should try to find another contractor to fix it. I ended up calling the manufacturer who was very helpful and sent me the part with instructions for me to replace it myself. They couldn't even be bothered to look at the problem or order a part for me. Won't waste my time with them ever again.

Took the box in, they opened it for me. Very quick, professional service.

I am new to the area so it was a blessing to find a reliable and trustworthy key shop I could count on to rekey my house. They provided great service and Mark the technician who came out was very curtious and pleasant to talk to. He was on time and was quick about getting the work done in an timely manner. I will definitely recommend them to anyone else in the future.

We needed our locks changed right away and they were great to fit us in the schedule within a few days. They locksmith showed up on time and was very friendly and efficient. Rather than remove each lock separately and work on it, he removed all locks at once and completed the work quickly and thoroughly. He also installed a new deadbolt and cleaned up after himself. I was very impressed and would use their services again.

I called on Thursday to schedule the work and they told me that they could come out to install the locks on Monday afternoon, which worked well with my schedule. Then they called on Friday morning and said that they didn't have anyone available on Monday afternoon and that they were booked all Monday morning, but that they could get me in first thing Wednesday morning. I said that was fine because what else could I do. Then they were further delayed because of an emergency call which was a little frustrating. But then the technician actually arrived earlier than expected and was very professional and helpful. The work that I had done was quick and good quality. The scheduling hassle was frustrating, but overall the job was very well done. I would definitely use them again and I recommend them to others.
