Description of Work: Complete existing home interior and exterior renovation. CHR did new concrete sidewalks/curb, repaired existing front steps with flagstone, added exterior stucco, renovated basement by adding new exterior door, pouring new concrete floor, added new full bathroom, new flooring, demolished old walls and replaced with new drywall, did entire house electrical rewiring, replaced kitchen and upstairs bathroom.

+ -1 moreI was working with another electrician who was very good, but non responsive to correct all of the deficiencies noted on my new home inspection. I was running out of time to complete the work before having to start working again, I called custom home renovations. They were able to schedule work for that week, come in and complete my electrical repairs. They worked with me doing a couple extra jobs I had not described while setting up the appointment. They cleaned up after themselves and completed all work in a professional manner.
Description of Work: Completed small electrical repairs (changed two light switches, added two electrical plugs, closed several open circuits, and checked some wiring for code).

Description of Work: Hardwire smoke detector system disfunction. Replaced all 6 detectors only to discover the disfunction was coming from a signal from the plug in carbon monoxide detector that was setting off the two nearest smoke detectors. The technician was prompt and courteous but my $550 labor was caused by a problem that could have been fixed by replacing one battery in five minu
