Steve installed mosaic tile. The tile was provided in one square foot sheets. The sheets had a mesh backing. Steve left pieces of the mesh backing sticking up through the grout in the finished floor, and also left several voids in his grouting. Steve had ample tile to finish the entire floor. Steve left about a square foot of untiled concrete around the water pipes underneath the vanity. When I asked him to please remedy this, he said that he was under the impression that the vanity was going to reach all the way down to the floor so he wouldn't have to tile the whole thing, because nobody would see it. The vanity does not reach all the way to the floor. So now, people CAN see it. Again, when I reached out to him to remedy the problems I have described above, he acted responsive but then never came back to do the work.

Steve responded within a day or two of our phone call. Came out and reviewed the bathroom and kitchen that were scheduled for renovations. He provided a really great suggestion to use a subway tile pattern on the bathroom walls, keeping in theme with the age of the house. Steve provided a price quote within a few days. The job was postponed for almost a year, but he upheld the original quote and started the work when we were ready. The team did a great job, the bathroom and kitchen look awesome. There were no additional charges and we came in on budget. His crew was professional, neat and extremely polite. I would use them again in a second. 3 years later they look as good as when they were first installed.
