Description of Work: Undersink valve replacement and installation of new kitchen faucet (The handle malfunctioned on old one.) I bought the new faucet myself, after helpful discussion with Bob and Mike beforehand.

I always tend to think plumbing jobs are expensive, but we got estimates from other companies and they were similar. We've used Bob Spence for many plumbing jobs over the last few years. He and his associates do a great job. Very knowledgeable and expert plumbers.

Description of Work: Mr. Spence did a high level review of our heater. He checked for CO output. He recommended another heating specialist to take a detailed look, since our hwater is 27+ yo. Dealing with Bob Spence and his plumbers is always a pleasure. He is our go-to plumber.

Description of Work: In november Bob Spence cleaned out our sewar drain. He was extremely prompt and took care of the job. We have had 2 bathrooms renovated with him and his company and he does excellent work and is upfront with everything. His prices are competative. what I like most of all is his promptness and honesty.Ofcourse his work is excellent. We have had a lot done in our house with him for the past 8 years. We have an old house and he is thorough.

+ -1 moreThe thoroughness with which Bob Spence and his assistant performed the work exceeded my expectations. They were prompt, polite and cleaned up all work areas. Pricing was slightly above my personal estimate, but well within reason. When replumbing the utility sink, he added a separate cut off for the washer, which enables me to turn off the water when appliance is not in use, but still have water for the sink. It's little things like this that get your attention and make you appreciate the thoughtfulness with which the job is performed.
Description of Work: Repaired leak in kitchen sink & replaced faucet. Replaced plumbing leading to washer & utility sink. Replaced utility sink, & carted old one away. Installed new outdoor faucet for hose.
