Mike responds very quickly - same day or next day. He is personable and does a competent job. His prices are very reasonable.

Mike is a true professional and honest, which is somewhat rare these days. We've had 2 hot water heaters installed in 25 years by D'orazio Plumbing (which is normal, BTW), a beautiful bathroom remodeling job, and various other repairs - these guys are competent, quick, clean, and friendly.

As always, Mike was prompt, reliable and courteous. He does great work and I have been using him for the past few years.

He told me to replace my toilet, but, when I took a second opinion, I was advised to only replace parts. Apart from that, he came when I called him and replaced some parts. He advised to replace the toilet only if the problem persists. The actual problem was, with the water level. I did have to get in a second plumber, to replace parts of the water tank and recheck the flush. Everything was fine, just that he couldn’t diagnose the problem, was with the water level. He was very nice and professional. I will use his services again depending on the problem.

Mike and his son were extremely professional and worked around my schedule to get the work done.

Overall the job went pretty well. He was here for half a day, with one run to the hardware store to get the proper fixtures. He initially expected to have to take up the bathroom floor to get to everything and just replace everything, but after explaining that I had just been restructured out of a job and told him that I couldn't afford extravagance at this point and only the essentials, he rolled back the initial 3500 scope of the job to the bare essentials, which he said would end up running around 800. All went pretty smoothly with me helping him. He was willing to help me out given my tight financial situation as long as I agreed to help him as his assistant that day, since his current helper was currently disabled anyway. I had no problem with jumping in to help particularly since it save me a little cash.

So far, Mike is the best plumber I have had (I tried three others before him). He is punctual, reasonably priced, works well, and is very responsive.

Mike was friendly and professional. He came with a helper and they did the job in a little over an hour. My husband thought the price was kind of high, but we had nothing to compare it with, as we did not get any other estimates and we don't know how much plumbers charge these days.
