I shot Mike an e-mail on Friday afternoon, after receiving a quote of $3700 for the work above (pretty devastating). He called me on Sunday evening to schedule a visit for an estimate. He arrived as scheduled on Monday morning at about 8:30, efficiently reviewed the work I had in mind, and promised to e-mail a quote by the end of the day. After gathering a third quote (only $200 higher), we decided to go with Mike because we liked his efficient style, he is registered in Lansdowne and had done jobs here, his price was right, and he could begin in less than a week. We scheduled the work to begin on Tuesday morning at 8:30. On the telephone, we discussed whether we needed to hold off on installing cabinets until after the electrical work was done. Mike told me to go ahead with the wall cabinets, but to leave the floor cabinets unscrewed, which we did. He and his crew showed up promptly. Mike reviewed the work to be done before they started, and we worked out some details I wasn't positive about, like the height of the new microwave cabinet. Mike showed up with two vans and four guys. Everyone was respectful and accommodating. I have a two year old and a newborn, and before they turned off my power, they checked in about their needs. They even waited while I moved a DVD from DVD player into the laptop computer so my older child could continue watching. As expected, they worked efficiently. Within 5 hours, the breaker box had been installed and the old one had been demoed. By 3:30, they had finished all of the kitchen electrical work. That included patching the VERY few, VERY small holes. They had, wherever possible, weaved wires up from the basement. The only exception was on the wall that is adjacent to my neighbor (a fire wall made of cement.) This channeling was all done so that it was hidden behind my base cabinets. We did a walk through and examined (with layman's eyes) the work. Mike talked with me about some of the details, including the long screws in the outlet plates he'd installed to allow room for my tile backsplash to fit behind the plate. The crew had cleaned up thoroughly. The 30-circuit breaker we'd expected was upgraded to a 40-circuit one (at no extra cost to us); Mike said it might prove useful in the future. The cabinet lights were carefully affixed to the cabinets and weaved through them to hide all wiring. He used Sea Gull lights for them. Everything was as expected or better.

Mr. Casey was very prompt in returning my telephone call. He discussed the possibilities for repairing or replacing ceiling fixture in laundry room. I chose to have the fixture replaced. He was able to set up an appointment for the next day. Mr. Casey's electricians called the day of the appointment to say they could come earlier but I was unavailable, and they were at the house waiting for me at the appointed time. They performed the work quickly and efficiently, removed old fixture and wires. Senior electrician checked out wiring and discussed with me the possibilities to enhance lighting in enclosed porch. Very satisfactory from start to finish.

They were very good. I would hire them again!

Michael returned my call the day I contacted him and met with me the following day. He had an estimate to us a day after we met. The work was performed a week and half after we contacted him about the job. The crew for the installation (4 members) was on time (even a little early) and they cleaned up after themselves. Everything worked perfectly after they were done. The team even installed two new switches/new circuit that was not part of the original estimate!

Mike and his team were consummate professionals. They performed all the work they promised to complete on time and in perfect working order. Mike was infinitely patient with our ceiling fan saga, as 3 separate fan models for the very high but sloped ceiling did not accommodate the slope of the roof. Mike and his team came back TWICE to install the fan after a proper model was secured. During this entire ordeal, Mike was patient at explaining what was wrong and even suggested solutions. I have no reservations using him again for any electrical work I need to have done, nor do I hesitate in recommending him to anyone who needs electrical work.

Mr. Casey arrived to determine what I needed and sent an estimate within the week. I called him when it arrived and we made arrangements for him to come in 3 days. An electrician named Mick came and did the work. He was great. Everything he did far exceeded my expectations. I love the driveway light. It is so much safer at night returning with groceries or packages. The doorbell is great but no company so far! I really like it. The outlets are perfect. The outlet installed in the kitchen is much more effective and safe than the old one. I have rarely done business with a more efficient, professional, competent company. I am thrilled with the work and would not hesitate for a moment to suggest this company. I would have them again if I needed electrical work done. It was just a well done, easy job. I am most pleased.

I like him a lot. I am actually going to be having him put in a light fixture for us as well. He was a very good worker and I am very happy with him. This was not a whole lot of work to be done, but, he did well. He was really nice and really reasonable. He actually fixed the work of another electrician. He is well known in the area. I do not remember an exact price. It was only a couple hundred dollars though.

Michael is professional and punctual. His crew was restpectful of our home and left it in perfect order. They were a pleasure to work with.
