+ -1 moreKen, a Senior Tech, came to clean the chimney after I received a promotional phone call from them for a low-cost chimney cleaning. After inspecting the chimney and taking pictures, which he showed me, he explained that the chimney did not need cleaning--something i would not have known. They did not even charge me for the visit. I appreciated his professionalism and honesty and would gladly contact Manchester Mechanical in the future for my chimney needs.

+ -1 moreI hate to give reviews but the work done here was excelent. this company was on time, made the repair that day, and in a timely manner. the repair was completed in about 4 houres, they had all the tools and material with them. when a problem was found during the instalation the installer had a ready fix. I would reccomend this company to my friends.
