This was supposed to be a deep cleaning. I was told a 4 person team would come to clean. Only 2 people showed up. One couldn't come because a family member was sick (understandable but I saw this in another person's review as well). One got lost on the way (my house is not hard to find), she called the owner of the company and was told to turn around and go home. One of the girls was sick, told me she had gastritiis. The owner told me the next day that the girl likes her "Percs" and goes to the "hood" to get them. I was not happy about this person being in my home when I received this information. I had to remake the beds because the sheets were hanging to the floor on one side and at the top of the mattress on the other side. They love Murphy's Oil Soap and cleaned almost everything with it which is not appropriate. They didn't finish in the time quoted and the owner had to come back the next day to finish. She was supposed to be finished in 2 hours because I had an appointment. She kept wanting to chat but couldn't work while chatting. I had to go outside so she could concentrate on finishing the job. We agreed that she wouldn't clean in my curio cabinets but then I found her cleaning inside one of them which just delayed her completing the rest of the rooms on that floor. When she finally left, I found a pile of dirty rags and half empty bottles of cleaning supplies on my front porch. I kept them for a while thinking she would come back to get them but she didn't so I tossed them in the trash. She kept telling me how "dirty" my house was. I have one dog who sheds a great deal but the house was not terrible. I've had other cleaning companies in and they've done a much better job cleaning the house and only took 2 - 2 1/2 hours. I thought I would give this company a try but needless to say, I will never hire this company again and would not recommend them.

They were extremely prompt, professional, and thorough. She came over to give and estimate and to get a clear and thorough picture of how I wanted each room cleaned. She was wonderful. She makes it very easy and took good care of us. She did more than what we had discussed, and I was very happy with how well they cleaned our home. My husband and I were giddy when we got home and the house smelled so good and looked so wonderful! The Go-Getter-Girls are perfectly named, and we had a wonderful experience with them.

I used Go Getter Girls a few times to clean my home. The crew was late the first few times and I was required to wait to greet them and let them into my home. They did a good job cleaning, though, I found that they missed some things the second appointment. I spoke to the owner and this was resolved going forward. I was concerned initially because they brought in different crews but, for the last few appointments, it was the owner and her sister which lead to consistent work and better quality in the cleaning performed. Another concern was finding some dings in my furniture which I assume may be from the vacuum. I find the owner to be trustworthy and she seemed to really care about the work performed so she would be sure to address any issues and concern you may have. She is very eager and will make your concerns a priority. Also, I found the price to be very reasonable.

This was the first time using her service, did a very thorough job, and she had very pleasant team works. I would highly recommend her.
