+ -1 moreI was home during most of the job. When I had to leave, there was no reservation about leaving our home unlocked for the accessibility that was needed. At times it seemed slow, but the work was tedious. The windows are 9 pained on the top. We added some jobs they noticed. We also added work on the detached garage to make it uniform.
Description of Work: Priced exterior painting of our home. Very expensive. Approx. 28 yrs. ago had Glenn Tomlinson paint the whole house. We choose this company on a recommendation after moving to the area. The work was professionally done with amazing results. The house had not been painted since then, with few exceptions. It was past time to have the work done again. We got some estimates which were very high. Decided to contact Tomlinson in hopes that he was still in the business. After getting multiple estimates from GT, we decided to go with them again. Estimates were for the whole house, just the woodwork, and with/without the garage. We went with the woodwork only option because of the price. There is a vast amount of woodwork on this 100+ yr. old house. The work was done by mostly one worker. He is superior. The windows needed caulking and this work was in the estimate. Windows that needed to be replaced, were done after I obtained the glass. The result made the whole home look renewed. To me it was well worth the price. I felt secure with the employees around my home. It was necessary for them to enter the house to accomplish diferent aspects of the job and i had no reservations in allowing them when I wasn't home. i would definitely refer this company to anyone. .
