It went well, mainly do to his attitude. He is a very happy guy that is a pleasure to have in your home. Even when there were some issues we were hoping to not run across, he was smiling and keeping it moving. When he was done, i finally knew what switches did what, had my new light figures hung, and plugging in two things into one outlet was no longer blowing a fuse each time!! I'd say, it went great! I would also like to mention, i purchased Glenn for the day. He came by the house first to see exactly what i needed taken care of so that he would be prepared the day he came to complete the service. We spoke for a couple hours as i showed him around (all while he took notes). He did not count that against my time! And, on the day of service, we went over?He stayed until the job was done to my complete satisfaction!!

Glenn is a class act...very knowledgable in the business and extremely fair with his pricing. I would use him hands down for any electrical work I ever need.

Glenn showed up as promised and repaired an electrical outage in the back bedroom. He then conducted a thorough inspection of the existing wiring and diagnosed all the issues needed to bring the building up to code. He name back the following week and corrected all the issues we had. He exceeded my expectations in quality and knowledge.

Glenn is fantastic!!! He takes the time to carefully explain the work so you fully understand the scope as the customer. He has wonderful attention to detail and enjoys the challenge of more complex jobs. He always responded to any questions or concerns promptly via phone, text, and email. I recommend Glenn highly.

Glenn is very nice, personable and talkative. He knows his stuff and is more than willing to give advice on things. I also appreciate that he is quite willing to come out and tweak something that he installed to make sure it is to your liking.

He quickly assessed the problems and corrected them. He patiently explained what he was doing and why and showed me what the problems were. We will definitely call him next time we have an electrical issue!

I called Glenn late on Monday and told him about my problem. I had never called him before, but he had concerns about safety, so he told me not to use the outlets involved, and he would come the next day. He came and fixed the problem. My microwave was turning off several seconds after I turned it on. Everything plugged in to that area went out. When I checked the circuit breakers, none of them had tripped. The electricity in those outlets came back on after a few minutes. This happened every time I tried to use it. Glenn removed the outlet covers and checked the wires in that location. He went to the basement and spent a lot of time checking the panels and wiring. After finding that everything else was in good shape, he said it was probably a circuit breaker. He replaced the breaker and the problem was solved. He explained everything as he worked and I learned a lot. He is a very nice, friendly guy with a good sense of humor. I feel very lucky to have found him.

Once again, Glenn was extremely professional and got a job done for us. Plus he's just a genuinely nice guy. It was even under the quote he originally gave us as he tried to save us a few bucks when our existing circuit breaker worked fine. Thanks again for a great job Glenn! We will be using you again in the future.

Glenn is fantastic! Easy to get along with, loved our 2 dogs, and explained everything from beginning to end. He was a teensy bit late but he called ahead of time to let me know where he was and when to expect him (a novel concept!!). People should take lessons in customer service from Glenn. He's personable, capable, and a genuinely nice guy. I'll be using him again for work in the future. Absolutely fantastic!

The installation was done without a hitch, Glenn makes sure you know and understand the proper way to connect and run your generator in the event of a power failure. He cleaned up and ran a test on the panel with the generator , no problems. Glenn is prompt, professional and is very competitive with his pricing. The work is neat and done to specs. I would hire him again for any electrical issues, a real gentleman.

Glenn is a great guy that laughs easily and is very pleasant to be around. He knows his profession very well and he is very reasonable. We left our keys in the cabana and he did all the work while we were at work and when we got home, everything was fixed and working well.

I had about 5 electricians come out and give me quotes. all of them from AL, liked all of them, some prices were high some low but decided to go with Glenn, professionally speaking game me a reasonable price explained the job the best, went in to detail about all the things he would be doing, since I already had 3 electrician come out prior to Glenn , I was surprised to hear some of the information for the first time. I had lots of questions and he did not hesitate to answer the questions, even doubled check some of the facts by calling his supplier since I had requested some upgrades. Glenn spend so much time going over the details of the job I was immediately convinced on his experience and knowledge. Glenn kept in constant communication (very important to me) I was able to get him thru email, phone and even AL's own message service via the app.I was aware of his every move, from him buying the parts to leaving to the site. Glenn went over the job, over the price and contract and was very thorough. The job was smooth, he worked on my house the way I would work on my house , he was neat, careful, and detailed. I watch him hand cables and re-hang them because he did not like the way they look, he probably didn't even notice he was doing it because it came natural to him, at no point it was rushed and I would trust him to do any job after watching him work for over 6 hours. On a personal note, Glenn is a great guy, very friendly, my wife and small children were very comfortable around him. It is very difficult to find a guy that cares for the job as much as Glen does, the job was clean and done to perfection, explained clearly (even my wife understood what he was doing) I'm planning to do a few things on my house and will definitely call him back everytime. Great electrician and even better guy.

Glenn was personable and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem, along with a few other lighting issues that we've had problems with. His pricing was very reasonable and he finished the job in a timely manner.

Since a close lighting strike last year we occasionally did have trouble with a circuit breaker for parts of our kitchen. I called Glenn and he returned my call promptly. He was very helpful to make an appointment which fits into my schedule, and he arrived very punctual and well organized. He figured out the failing circuit, which was an outside line, isolated this circuit and rewired a junction box in the crawlspace. Our experience with Glenn was very satisfying, we for sure will go with him through our future projects and recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

I called Glenn on Monday to install some pendant lights in my kitchen above my kitchen island. I had not used him before and my only source of recommendation was Angie's list. My timeline was tight as it made sense to do this before we replaced the kitchen countertops. He agreed to fit us in on Thursday and did. The work went well and he was fair on the pricing. The job looks great and I wish I had installed the pendant lights years ago. An electrical contractor that is willing to work with you on small work is a good find. I will use him on the next job.

Our electric in our bedroom addition had (what I thought) shorted out last week when I switched out the closet light. This happened before all the snow. It didn't trip the circuit breaker. I couldn't figure out what had happened so I consulted Angie's list for an electrician. Glenn was great. When I called initially, he called me back within an hour. He told me his charges up front and he fit me in on a Sunday without an extra charge for the weekend service. He called ahead to let us know he was running a little behind. When he got here, he verified what our problem was. He took a look at the very simple solutions initially and talked through what he was looking for based upon what he would have done if he would have installed the electric. He found the issue right away after he went through the simple issues it might have been. He was quick, thorough and knowledgeable. We will definitely use him again.

It was a pleasure working with Glenn. When we called him, he got back to us immediately and showed up at our house quickly to provide a free estimate. I called GA Electric for the estimate. Glenn, the owner, came out and was on time and was very professional. He closely listened to my request and was able to deliver an estimate within a few days.

I called Glenn and left a message for an estimate. He returned my call within 15 minutes. He was very prompt when he showed for the estimate and returning the prices within the week. The list we requested was long so he broke it down by job so we could choose which jobs to do immediately and which we could do a little later when we were ready. His prices were very fair. He did about half the work this job. He was prompt and very neat and clean in his work. He had to drill through drywall and wood and you would never know he was there as he cleaned up all his dust and particles. He even spackled the area to leave it in a finished manner. He seemed very knowledgeable about codes and was conscious about how much load the circuits could take as he installed the ceiling fan and outlets. We are very pleased with his work and will have him back to finish the list. As to character, Glenn is very personable, friendly, pet-friendly and professional.

This was our second time having Glenn out to perform work. We had another contractor doing flooring installation and Glenn was going to have to turn the power off a couple times which would not have been convenient for the flooring people. We really appreciated Glenn being flexible and him willing to reschedule to the next day. Again, he was prompt and had all the materials needed to do the work. He was conscientious about code and load amounts when installing the emergency panel for our portable generator. He was very clean and neat with any mess he made while installing the outlets and ceiling fan. The fan was in our master bedroom and he laid a clean tarp over the bed and carpet before he started. The small holes he made to install the ceiling fan were patched with spackle and are not even noticeable. He even reviewed with us how to operate the fan/light and change the bulbs. Glenn is very personable and profession and very considerate of our home and property. We are very happy to recommend him to our neighbors and friends.
