Kim was great and Dave was very responsive. The walls needed a lot of work as the wallpaper had really damaged them. They were very clean and courteous and quickly returned for the inevitable touch ups that we only noticed after they left. We were very pleased!

Showed up on time, kept work area near and put things back. Couldn't ask for more!

Freshlook Painting was hired for interior painting of a dinning room and living room. Dave the painter was very helpful in picking out the colors, he fixed all the cracks and did the job quickly, professionally and as contracted.

Very satisfied with results. Protected all furniture and carpets. Took two full days, but showed up on time, worked hard and put in full days. The job looks fantastic, this is not the first time we have used David and it won't be the last. Highly recommended.

Dave was on time, professional, and the work he completed was absolutely top notch. The front door was in dire need and I was not sure if painting would be enough to spruce it up. When Dave was finished, I was amazed; the door and the wood that was painted around the top and side lights was done so well that I could not imagine anyone doing a better job. He was also very sensitive to the fact that we have 2 cats that are strictly kept indoors, and was very considerate and careful in making sure they did not run out. Price was very fair. I highly recommend Dave and will be hiring him again to do our shutters in the Fall.

From start to finish Dave and his team were well organized hard workers, accommodating & professional. It was a pleasure working with them. Absolutely love the job they did.

Initially we were happy with Freshlook's communication and responsiveness. The job was done shortly after we first made contact and we were happy with the results. Now, having moved into the house and having some time to see the job in different lighting we aren't as pleased. It appears there was little to no prepwork done in regards to sanding any rough edges or patches on the walls. There are several areas where the brushstrokes are uneven and the previous paint color is peeking through. The edges where the walls meet the ceiling are not as clean as I had expected. Is the job satisfactory? Yes. I'm happy the old paint color is gone. But is it what I had hoped for from a professional? Not really. Also of note: I contacted Freshlook for additional estimates on two separate occasions (after the initial job was completed) with promises of a quick response. It's been a couple months now and I never received the estimates I requested.

The first time Dave painted my master bedroom was 2/2015. Did you ever choose a color and absolutely hate it from the git go? Well, that gorgeous aqua would have gone great at a seashore house but was out of place in this colonial and it never grew on me. So, when I brought Dave back 1/2016 to do the powder room I had him repaint the master. I love this new color, Behr Cloudy Sky, for the bedroom and all's well in my world. Dave's fast. Really fast. And, you'll need to tell him if you want the electrical plates and heater vents taken off or he'll paint around them.

Dave and his team did an excellent job from beginning to end! They were very responsive and trustworthy. Dave's proposal was very detailed, it was broken down by each room. The day "the painters" were scheduled to start I did not have all my colors selected. The painters were very helpful, they looked at the swatches with me and helped me make my selections. There was a lot of prep work to be done, the previous owners had a lot of nails in the walls. Not only did they do an excellent job patching and painting the entire house, they also moved the furniture and replaced it as they did the job. They were extremely neat! My overall experience with this company was excellent, I would use them again!

We called several painters for estimates, but David was the only painter who provided us with an itemized proposal, with insurance information and references. He was very thorough in his explanations from the estimate to completion of the project and patient in answering questions and helping us choose colors. We were impressed with the professionalism and promptness in returning phone calls. David and his team always arrived on time and performed nice work. We are very happy with the overall job, especially due to the condition of the bathroom wall, which needed some extra work, but they did not take any shortcuts in getting it done right. We also appreciated David leaving the rollers wrapped in plastic for touch ups.

Bottom line I thought his workmanship was excellent. Did a great job and had no issues.

He was the lowest price out of three painters. Usually the lowest price gives the least amount of quality. But, Dave was so local I took a chance. His quote was only for two bedrooms and the hallway which entailed 11 doors which I wanted in high gloss. Since his work was so good and quick I asked him to do the dining room and living room. He's done such a great job at those that I've asked him to do my dressing area and master bedroom which has seam work and 3 7 foot windows. I can't believe the quality of work considering Dave does the room so quickly. He cleaned up after himself, and was always punctual showing up on time. I had no qualms about leaving him alone in the house and would highly recommend Dave.

We had the paints preselected. David stopped in ahead of the job to discuss the work and give us an estimate. His price was very competitive compared to other offers we got in the past. He came recommended by a friend of ours. He was always extremely friendly and explained every step of the project. The work was completed without any delays, he always showed up on time and even though he had to apply at least one additional coat of paint due to the existing extreme (red) color we had in one of the rooms, he finished ahead of schedule. His ceiling lines are perfect, all the calking was done nicely and the trim looks smooth like spray-painted: perfect! He left us the rollers he had used wrapped in plastic so that we could touch up anything that might get damaged during the furniture moving and sure enough I was able to make good use of one of them. Great thinking! Loved it! We are already thinking which projects we can do next using his services. :-)

Dave was great. He provided a detailed quote on the service to be provided and answered all questions thoroughly. He is very responsive and either calls or emails you back quickly. His scheduling is very flexible and he was able to work with our schedules and timeline. We recently moved and had the entire house painted (excluding the basement and sunroom). The colors were beautiful! Dave matched the competitors price pretty much and was able to start sooner than the other companies. The job was completed on time and done nicely. There was a problem in the bathroom ceiling due to moisture and lack of ventilation. Dave came back and revised the work several times so it would stop bubbling and peeling. We were very satisfied.

Fresh Look was hired by Hyperion Property Services. David was on time, professional, and timely. Great communication throughout the process, and he even offered to come back to touch up after the movers brought my furniture. I would recommend Freshlook, and I would use their services again.

If you are looking for a professional painter with reasonable and fair rates, I suggest going with Freshlook Interior & Exterior Painting. I sent an email to Freshlook requesting an appointment and within minutes I received a response requesting what time works for me to receive a free estimate. David Kelly gave me an individual quote for each room in my home, a total of 11 rooms, this allowed me to decide if I could afford the entire home to be painted or paint the first level of my home (this is where all the work was being done). Once my husband and I reviewed all the quotes from the 5 other painters, we realized David Kelly was the only painter who itemized their quote. All painters were using to same paint, doing the same work, patching the same walls, applying 2 coats of paint, however the quotes from the 5 other painters where 25-40% higher then David Kelly’s quote. Needless to say, I went with David Kelly the owner of Freshlook; I’m extremely happy with the results. David arrived to my home everyday on time, cleaned up, gave me an update everyday, and returned my phones calls. Also, David went totally out of his way to ensure I was happy with the colors I was choosing. Of course, mid-way thru the job, I was still undecided on a color for the living room. David did not rush me to pick an accent color, instead he help me pick a color. He immediately pulled out his color chart and we discuss the colors in my home, the color of the new carpet, etc. David is a true professional and I will call David for more projects.

The gentlemen from My Fresh Look painted my moms home in June 2012. Dave came by the house looked through each room and gave us an individual quote each room to be painted, taking his time to carefully look at what needed to be done. Dave's quote was complete and Fair. We had 5 other Painters come by and give us a quote. Most were lazy and didn't really take a look at what needed to be done and threw out ridiculous quotes to paint the house. Dave showed up on time and completed his work on schedule. His work was professional and we were very happy with the job done.We will definitely call Dave again for future work.
