Divario Construction completed our project on time, within budget, and at the highest quality. Eric and his crew were professional, responsive, and fast. We bid our project out to four contractors total and Divario Construction proposed the lowest cost while demonstrating a high level of competency. We were not disappointed. In fact, we widened the scope of our initial project to include the bathroom remodel because we were so impressed with Eric's work. Eric and his crew kept us informed throughout the projects and were responsive to all questions. Suggestions made during the construction phase were greatly appreciated as they improved the overall functionality of our home. He provided guidance when it came to picking out materials and kept us on track to make sure deliveries were made on time. We didn't encounter any major problems, but when we did come across something unexpected, he was quick to find a workable solution. We were very pleased with the outcome of the project and would highly recommend Divario Construction for your remodeling/construction job.
