Davidâ s a great guy! Easy to talk to, got straight to business. FAIR quote. Unlike other contractors he did not make up some absurdly stupid number and wait for me to negotiate. He gave me a good price right off bat and saved me all the bs negotiations. 10/10 recommend and I can promise Iâ ll be using his services whenever I need repairs or upgrades around the house!
