+ -1 moreWhat a pleasure to meet with Dan MacNamee! He even arrived early for the appointment. We went over many aspects of this HVAC installation, including specifics on duct work. Not an easy task, considering the older building with very tight floor plans and limited space. Dan is very knowledgeable and informative on everything for this construction and provided many helpful hints and solutions. His prices for both units seemed quite resonable. Within the next couple of weeks, I plan to make a decision on this job. I'm very impressed with Dan's approach, sincerity and know-how.
Description of Work: My 2F vacant property in Philadelphia required a complete gut rehab. Many details went into this project before I could even think of a new HVAC system. After various considerations, I decided on a gas furnace in the basement with an A/C compressor in the back of the house for the first floor apt. The 2nd floor apt. required a combo gas/electric packaged unit placed on the roof. Of course, duct work had to be installed in both apts. as well. Plans in hand, I contacted Dan MacNamee for his opinion. He is a real expert with over 25 years of experience of HVAC installation of all kinds and all sorts of properties, from low-end to very high-end.
