The company installed the new liner which I am happy with but every time you turned around there was an added charge like $850 to paint the coping with 4 cans of spray paint and less than 1 hour of work. $650 to put a1/4 inch foam backing behind the liner and they want thier money up front befor they do the work. They fixed tripping hazards and filled expansion joints with calking which my 10 year old grandson could have done a better job. They installed steps in the shallow end of the pool and were suppose to put a pad under them to protect the liner but told me the manufacturer didn't make it any more. I went on line and got it from the manfacturer for $40. As far as the deck goes they didn't order enough product ( paint) to do the job and tried to strech it and say the concrete soaked it up and they had to charge me another $400 to order another 4 gallons of paint. They then tried to ccarge another $1800 to put a second coat of paint on the deck. I called the paint company and told them what kind of surface I had and they told me it would take about 10 gallons of paint not 6. I have since ordered 10 gallons of paint at a cost of $275 and 4 hours work to fix thier MESS. I would not recommend this company to put up a blow up baby pool in a yard.

The estimate was $418. I was told that a serviceman would come and do a complimentary pool inspection and test all the lines. They came, but they were only there for twenty minutes. I told them I wouldn't pay them $418 for being there for only 20 minutes. I was very annoyed. He only tested one line. They said it would be extra to test my copper lines. When I tried to resolve this issue, they just left, without me paying them anything.
Description of Work: I called them and told them about the leak in my pool. I wanted them to pressure test all of the lines to figure out where the leak was.
