Kern Painting and Maintenance

Joe recently painted the exterior of our house and we couldn’t be happier! Excellent communication, high attention to detail, fairly priced, and honest. All around exceptional experience. I included before (yellow) and after (blue/grey) photos to showcase how awesome it looks! Highly recommend!!

My home was neglected by a former tenant for about a decade. Joe and his team brought my home back to life by doing an amazing job painting the entire interior. There were a variety of challenges along the way, such as patchwork due to mold and a big hole behind a mirror. Also, movers damaged two freshly painted walls which had to be repainted that added additional time to the job. Joe is a masterful professional who takes pride in doing the job right. He is a young, caring contractor who will go the extra mile to get the job done. He recruited some of his workers from another job to complete the work, talked with the blinds installer about the windows and helped with a plumbing issue. I will definitely use his services again!

They did an amazing job! They were prompt and totally reliable. It wasn’t the easiest job, there are three colors and a lot of detail involved. That being said, I was extremely pleased with the outcome! At the end of each day, you would have never known they had been there...that’s how spotlessly they cleaned up after themselves! I can’t stress enough how happy I am that I chose Joe Kern Painting to do my home. They did an outstanding job! They’re totally trustworthy and excellent painters! A side note: My job was done in the late fall and due to the horrendous amount of rain we had, they couldn’t finish the work before winter set in. Joe promised me that I’d be his first job as soon as the weather broke in the spring. And true to his word, they were there...just like he said!

Quality of work was excellent. Team led by Brady was professional and very thorough. 120 yr. old house looks wonderful. Work took 4-5 days and Joe and Brady let us know what to expect each day. We would happily hire them for any future painting.

Joe did an exceptional job. He was friendly and efficient and responsive to questions and concerns. He worked every day the weather permitted, he not only painted but also made repairs (to gutters and rotting wood, for example) when he came across problems. His price was reasonable, and we are extremely pleased with the job that he did.

The cracks were repaired and the walls and ceilings look perfect. The dry wall was repaired and Joe even repaired the roof. This is the second time I have used Joe. He is very conscious of cost and is very fair in his pricing. Unlike other painters and repairmen, Joe is easy to reach by phone or text. He makes his customers his priority. I recommend him highly.
