"Words cannot describe just how fantastic Evan and his crew are. I had an EXTREMELY dusty and dirty house that had sat empty for a number of years. It required a Herculean effort, and the owner Evan and his crew were more than equal to the task. Evan is extremely organized and had a checklist for what needed to happen in each room. He and his crew worked non-stop for over 10 hours the first day, and came back for a few more hours to finish the next day. Initially, he came over to look at the state of the house and gave me an estimate, but I recognized that it was hard to estimate and that the cost might go over a little, which it did, but I was fine with that because of the unique situation of such a disasterously dirty house, and because I witnessed first hand how hard they all worked. There was no goofing off or slow-rolling. They worked hard every minute and more than earned every penny. The only break was a quick one for lunch the first day and then they got right back to it. The entire crew are incredible -- not only first rate cleaners, but more importantly, first rate people. Young men of character -- intelligent, diligent, hardworking, focused, honest, extremely trustworthy -- and above all, they all take great pride in doing an excellent job (which they did). I almost hesitate to recommend them so highly as I want Evan to continue to have time on his schedule for me! I cannot thank him and his crew enough and look forward to using them on a regular basis going forward."

"We hired them to do a whole house deep cleaning. 3 workers arrived, and the job took approximately 5 hours. The actual cleaning work was done well and it made a big improvement to our house. However, after they left, I noticed some major issues. A large number of our items were missing. I assumed some things had to be moved so they could be cleaned around, but I could not find them anywhere. Finally, I had to open up two of the three trash bags they filled up while cleaning. In these two bags, I found almost everything I was looking for. This was not a case of small items being vacuumed up, of us trying to hold on to items of questionable status, or of a group of items initially put aside mistakenly ending up in a trash bag instead of where they belong. No, items that were obviously not garbage from almost every room in our house were thrown in the trash. Examples of such items include: a doll, toy jewelry, markers, crayons, pencils, children's art projects and photos, bottles of soap and shampoo, clothing, a street hockey ball, a cat scratch box, the dust jacket of a book, and a door hanger. I spent about 2 hours going through trash trying to sort out items that were not trash, cleaning the ones I could save, and throwing out what was ruined. Almost everything paper or fabric was ruined. I made a phone call to discuss this issue and got a bland apology. I tried to follow up with the full list I made of items that were thrown away, along with pictures, and have been ignored. This is an enormous and shocking mistake. It happened throughout the cleaning process, it was not one screw-up. It took a lot of time doing gross stuff to try and fix and some things couldn't be saved. This is such a serious breach of trust that I cannot do business with this company again because I cannot trust that my home and belongings will be safe after they are done."

"I hired Jerome to do a thorough cleaning of my sister's apartment when she was moving out in August 2024. Initially, he and I spoke about his cleaning her carpets and, when I learned he did apartment cleaning, I asked him to visit the apartment and give me a quote on both jobs. He insisted that he could do the job sight unseen the day before she had to be out of the apartment. Since I was pressed for time to hire someone for the job before going out of town, I consented to this and stupidly sent him payment in advance. On the day he was scheduled to do the job, he met my sister and told her that the job would not be a problem. She left him there, and, when she returned to the apartment, however, he had left having only done the carpets. When he and I spoke, he said the job was too big and he would refund the cost of he apartment cleaning. I've texted and called him repeatedly, and he keeps saying he will send a check. At this point, I assume I will never see the $120 he owes me."
