Ben and his workers are all very professional and have been nothing but accommodating to all of our needs. Great cumstomer service and responds back promptly. Not only have they flushed our lines, they have also replaced our pressure tank and installed a filteration system for us in the past. We love the work that Fisher plumbing has done for us! Ben has treated us like family since day one and has answered all our questions and provided us with the best option to our plumbing needs. I would highly recommend him and his staff!!!

Took a considerable amount of time and money to get water safe and palatable to drink, but after installing two separate systems, acceptable water quality was achieved.

Technician was prompt, courteous and professional. Had to install more than one system to accomplish what we needed, but was very clear as to what and why this was necessary. Water is one of those things that you don't have much of an option when it comes to needs.

Called and within the hour they were here and working on the furnace. Very knowledgable and very professional. Roman was the one who came out. He had the part in his truck and then stayed to make sure it was indeed the part that was needed and that everything stayed running. Very reasonable price and very fast response especially for a weekend!! Definitely will use again for any of my heating Ac or plumbing needs.

It went well. The employee was running late and called to inform me that he would be there toward the late side of when he was going to arrive and provided sufficient time for me to change any plans that i may have had. He was professional and answered all of my questions. I had specific questions regarding my water pipes and he was well informed and provided solutions. I will call for follow up work. It is a local family business too!

Ben Fisher, the owner came initially to review work and provide quote. The quote was fair and I agreed to the price. When the work day arrived, Ben and his son Roman came to begin the work. Installing the new outside faucet required both men because the line had to be run from one side of the house to the other on the inside along the main I beam running down the center of the building. After that work was done, Ben went to another job and Roman stayed. Roman completed all of the work that was quoted and did some other small modifications to what I had initially asked be done. He was very professional and seems to be very competent. The work started around 9:00 am and Roman finally finished the job around 6:00 pm. During that time, he worked continually, completing one task and moving to the next. The reason he was here until 6:00 pm is that he did run into a problem when he was cleaning the main line vent stack. He was able to solve the problem and complete the task. I believe that if it had taken until 9:00 pm, he would have stayed. When the work was completed, Roman sat down with me and went over every thing he did during the day. He gave me the final bill and did not include any charge for the work modifications I had asked for. One thing I did not know is that the work performed is guaranteed for one year. I was very pleased to learn that. I am very pleased with the work that Fisher plumbing did and will definitely use them again. I would recommend them to anyone.

Called in the am, came within 2 hours to evaluate. Jim was technician, was helpful & friendly. Ben Fisher - owner called to follow-up the next day and ask if we were happy with the work. Very nice touch.

Ben Fisher the owner of the company called me back within hours of my call for service. Not having an emergency situation . Explained that I would be happy if he could come at his convenience. Mr Fisher asked if he could come the next day that he considered a gas leak should be seen as soon as possible. The next day he arrived early in the morning ( 9:00 to 9:30 ) went right to work . Checked to see if gas was leaking into house. My concern was that this valve was built into stone fire place in 1958 and would be a major problem. Knowing his business he knew the valve could be taken apart while in place. He took the valve apart and cleaned each part with emory cloth and cleaned with a liquid, reassembled. Valve working fine, better than before. Re-lit hot water tanks, checked all of the valves from gas meter into house and others in house for leaks The work time being about 45 minutes. My wife said I should let the ladies know that he also wore boot covers when ever he was in the house. Would I use him again, IN A FLASH !! Thanks Ben Fisher George & Jill Sye

Fisher Plumbing & Heating LLC were on time and were personable. They were also efficient. Their price was a little expensive, but I thought it was awesome that they guarantee their work. The quality was excellent. My husband had a few questions and they were very knowledgeable and able to answer the questions very easily. We will absolutely be using them in the future.

They were really good. We walked around and showed them all the projects I had around the house. They sat down with me first and then estimated the work. Very polite, very professional and very easy to get along with. They were here for about 2 1/2 hours. I was more than impressed.

Fisher's was able to restore working water to our home, and even though it is working at less than normal capacity (due to the original problem that caused the malfunction which we have not fixed yet), we were not expecting any repairs short of pulling our well piping to be able to be done. Thanks to the two men who arrived, we have working water again which allows us some time to get the money together for the overall repair. My wife and I, and our three young children, are extremely grateful. I want to add that Fisher's performed this service for the original visit fee (which we were going to pay anyway to get the estimate) plus an extra 20 bucks for the cost of the parts they installed to fix it. Perhaps not as important as the service performed, they were also very good and patient about explaining the workings of our plumbing to me as well as what they did and how they did it. My family was very happy with their service and will likely hire them to perform the well repairs to alleviate the original issue once we have the money for it.

It took him 2 or 3 trips to fix everything. He did a good job cleaning after himself and the price was also reasonable.
