They were very easy to work with. They were willing to flex their schedules several times to deal with some problems that we had within construction as a renovation of our home we are doing. They were very efficient and got the job done in a timely manner. They were very nice people to work with. Their prices were very reasonable. The quality of the work that they did was very good.

We were not present for much of the work but we have found that Spock's team did most of the work but left some problems in their wake. Plumbing no longer knocks but now sings for 5 minutes after a flush. The biggest problem we have had with Spock is not the quality of the work but the failure to follow through. At the beginning of the summer this year, we asked for an estimate on resealing our driveway and patching some places. After waiting for a response, we called again a couple of weeks later and Paul Spock apologized and said that he would get right to work on the estimate. That was the last we heard from him. We also had problems with the painted part of our deck; after 3 months, it began to peel. This may be the quality or type of wood and oils in the wood itself but we could not get Spock to respond to look at it and evaluate what needed to be done. He also plowed our driveway in the winter when not needed as we were not going to visit the property. This cost us several hundred dollars for an unneeded service.
