The one thing I recall our realtor having said was that we would practically be able to walk through Bob's construction site in our bare feet because he is just that neat and clean. We found this to be absolutely true. We've already recommended Bob to friends who were just as pleased with his work. We would not hesitate to call on Bob again for any project.. There were never any hidden costs in any of Bob's projects and the work is immaculate. Bob keeps a critical eye on his sub-contractors and we've never had any complaints. Our home is simply gorgeous thanks to Bob's work. Note that we've asked his input about some additional work and he has been completely fair. He'll tell us what he'd charge but then tell us if he felt the work is worthwhile. Twice we agreed the work was not worthwhile. Once we felt his price was fair, but the project would cost more than we could afford at the time. This speaks volumes about his fairness. As for his honesty and trustworthiness? We left for two weeks to celebrate an anniversary. Bob had complete run of the house while we were gone. He knew we were new to the area and he kept an eye on the place for us while we were gone. One last comment. Bob is a pleasure to work with. He's capable, experienced, pleasant.
Description of Work: My husband and I purchased a two-year-old house in Stearns Crossing. We wanted to finish the basement level to be a complete third floor with the same look and feel as the rest of the house. Our realtor recommended Bob and before we'd been in the house 6 weeks, he was on site. Jumping to the end, Bob completed the basement level to include a home gym, new laundry room, home theatre, small kitchenette, new master suite, and much more. He used the same materials as were present in the rest of the house and even created a private courtyard outside the mastter suite by finishing beneath the deck above. Next up: Bob ripped out a poorly done upstairs bathroom (the originial owner had finished it himself versus allowing the builder to do it in order to "save money" ... all materials and the quality were extremely cheap). Along the way he did a few minor carpentry projects for us.
