I feel completely ripped off by this company. I hired them to do a move out clean for a townhouse I rented. There was no furniture in the property so the job was to do a thorough cleaning of the kitchen, bathrooms and general space. Upon returning to the property after completion, I discovered that they barely cleaned at all. It was so bad. I wrote them to tell my disappointment and they essentially ghosted me. Biggest waste of money ever.

We hired Osborne's for window washing. The upstairs was OK but the downstairs was not done well. For over a week there have been e-mails and phone calls to come and complete the job, most windows on the first floor are streaked, corners not cleaned etc. I have been given 3 different times from Freddie to come and fix the problem, waited, including this morning and he is always a no show with an excuse. I have wasted hours waiting and tried calling this morning to tell Freddie, I will wait no longer and will give a review that reflects his unprofessional attitude. There was no answer and I doubt this time that he will return my call, even with an excuse. Ruth Ann in State College, PA .
