James and his team did an excellent job repairing my upper and lower decks. They were very professional and built the decks exactly the way I wanted it. I would highly recommend this company. In fact, I already recommended them to a couple of my friends!

They built my deck my way....put on at roof, replaced others roofs, replaced siding and all new gutters...... I'm having them come back and do more work for me.... I am VERY pleased with their work. They were courteous & cleaned up the yard very well.....

First quality workmanship done in a very professional manner. James is a very nice person who does excellent work.

Excellent workmanship, but pricey.However labor included crawling underneath deck and re securing to house wall.This in itself demanded an extra labor charge being that some risk was involved. Jim parkers method saved having to rip up floor boards,so it was cost effective.

James came out in pouring rain to estimate a repair from where an old Direct TV antennae was pulling the shingles causing damage around our dining room window. Explained the ways to do the repair and even pulled 4 handfuls of clog out of the gutter while he was up there looking at the situation.

Very professional

Great pricing compared to other contractors. They were very professional and transparent about the project. When additional problems with the roof were discovered during the repair, they were willing to stay and repair those as well, despite being beyond the scope of the project. Would recommend to anyone.

They responded very quickly when I put the job on line. I was able to send pictures to him of the issue and he was able to diagnose and then come out to the job the next day. They called prior to coming and were here in time and were very efficient with the work. Additionally they worked very clean and I was very satisfied with the work. I would absolutely recommend them for future work.

I hired Parker Contracting for gutter and roof repair. They were on time, and completed the job in a timely fashion. The process was explained, and went as planned. No problems, and J. Parker created a pleasant atmosphere, which helps when dealing with unexpected home repairs. Would use this company again, and would recommend to others.

Parker Construction was wonderful to work with. He is a very nice young man who was fair with pricing and didn't try to price gouge a senior. My roof and chimney repair was prompt and efficiently done and I am so relieved it has been completed before winter sets in. I would definitely recommend Parker Contracting and will have him again for other repairs in the future.

Commitment to work and schedule. I have to wait for next downpour to assess quality of work (as these are gutters after all). Little higher than original budget but will defn use them again.

From the estimating process through the actual install, I found James to be very forthright, professional and friendly. He took the time to share his knowledge of the product and what to expect in my particular application and I appreciate the way he does business. I agree with one of the other reviews he is a very nice guy.
