Jim Parker is local (Ambler, PA), professional, and did exactly what he said he would do. He installed new gutters and gutter guards on my home. I would use Parker Contracting again.

Outstanding service from James Parker and Parker Contracting! I looked for gutter help and I set up the estimate appointment for Tuesday. I did a little pricing research, so I knew what to expect. He was right on target and even gave me a little discount for combining the cleaning and repair of the gutters and the installation of gutter guards. He said, "How's Saturday?" He arrived with one other person at 9am-ish and completed all the work in a little over an hour. After a quick inspection, I saw a noticeable improvement. I'll have him back in the fall to check on them. He does other things, too, so I will definitely hire him back to help spruce up the outside. Don't hesitate to hire!

Jim did a very professional job , a fine young man. It was a pleasure to have Jim perform gutter maintenance,we will certainly discuss other repair jobs with him .

Mr Parker was very professional. He showed me pictures of the condition of the roof which needed to be coated. His price was very competitive. He also did an additional job of pointing our chimney. We just bought a home and had some small jobs that needed to be done. Company was courteous and prompt. Finished the job in less than a week from my initial request on home advisor. They came out and gave me an estimate and charged me that. I will use them again for any roofing/siding/gutter needs.

You should see my new flat roof, it is gorgeous. My tar roof was cracked and worn around the edges. Water from melting snow was seeping in the walls. Mr. Parker inspected the roof, showed pictures where the water was coming through the roof. His written proposal contained all the verbal aspects we agreed to do. Mr. Parker removed much of the old coating, replaced the coating with updated roofing materials and sealed the entire roof. He works diligently and I am so pleased to work with a honest and trustworthy professional. I have complete confidence in his work. Looking forward to using his skills on other projects soon.

Mr. Parker was very polite and took time to tell me what had to be done to my roof and stuck to his word when he did the work. He wrote out a full description of the work to be done and the cost and has completed it. He cleaned up behind himself and did not leave a mess.

I noticed a leak in the garage and my radon exhaust pipe blew of the week of Christmas. After requesting service via Home Advisor, James promptly called and we scheduled and estimate. James was polite, knowledgeable and prompt. The work was scheduled and completed within a day. The accommodation of scheduling on a holiday week and with some impending winter weather was superb. I would definitely recommend Parker Contracting to anyone who needs work done. Reliable communication, fair prices and most importantly an honest team.

Called me only a few minutes after I submitted request and repair was completed next morning.

I searched the web to find a company to do some gutter repairs. Mine needed a "tune up". Middle of the gutters were sagging, a few brackets were broken off, needed help cleaning some 2nd floor gutters etc. I had some companies come out and were friendly, but they couldn't fix what I had and wanted to give me a whole new gutter system for thousands and thousands of dollars. I was not interested in new gutters at all. Parker came out and were able to do exactly what I thought the other companies should be able to do. They were very honest when talking to me about the repairs and did a great job cleaning my gutters, adjusting the slope of the gutters, replacing broken/snapped off brackets, and did a great job cleaning up. While doing the work they called ahead and mentioned how a fascia board was rotted and how the gutter probably wouldn't be able to get hung back up because of the wood rot. I appreciated them calling me ahead of time and educated me about the fascia board and the gutter hangers. In the end I had them replace the fascia wood. They replaced it with a already primed wood, rehung the gutters, and showed me the rotted wood they took off. I will definitely have them do future work for me and would recommend them to anybody looking for a fair/honest price, great work, and keeping you informed about the process and repairs.

They made sure to come put a new roof on our house before it rained again, did the job in one day and were very professional. I would definitely use them again.
