Mr. Parker took the time to show me photos of the likely reason(s) why my roof was leaking. He also agreed to repair the roof the same day he came out to evaluate the problem. This was a relatively minor job and I cannot yet be certain it is fixed since we have not had significant rainfall. Nevertheless, Mr. Parker was very professional and I fully expect he will stand by his repair services should some minor adjustments be needed.

Very good to work with! They came back to check on their work and resealed a gutter they were not happy with!! They also made me aware of a shingle issue repair, showed me a pic and fixed it to avoid a future issue.

Mr. Parker was willing to answer all my questions before he came to do an estimate. He offered 2 different options with different warranties. He completed the job within the week I inquired about it. He was on promptly time to begin the job, the area was clean and neat when they completed the job.

Repaired a section of our roof that had rotten wood and loose shingles, also coated the garage and porch roof with a silicone coating. Installed New cement cap on our chimney and added flute covers. Great job,all done professionally. Highly recommend .

I had a limited budget for an emergency repair due to consistent heavy rains/flooding in my area. I though it was a roof repair needed. James confirmed it was a caulking and gutter repair needed. Sensing the urgency from a pending storm, Jim repaired the problem in 5 hours and at a FIXED price. When a contractor is skilled and experienced, they fix price a project. When they’re NOT, they “estimate”. Joe and his team have talent, most contractors have skills, few have talent for their craft. A great experience end to end. Highly recommended!!

I was in a tough spot, being ghosted by the company I hired last year to do repairs. They didn’t do the job the way it should’ve been done, after trying for a month to have them follow up on the work they did, I decided just to find another company. Parker called me back almost immediately, and as luck would have it, had an appointment open up the very next day. They’re professional, courteous, and accommodating. As far as quality, time will tell; but everything else about Parker is why I will be using them for any future roofing repair/replacement.
