Fair price for a job that was more involved than I thought.

H. Parker has redone my driveway and added seal coating. While they were here, offered gutter repair and gutter guard install as well. Great pricing and excellence service.

They put my old shutters in my trash instead of disposing of them. Now my trash is more than half full for the week

I want home for their visit but my guy did they were nice and thorough. Only comment is they should all say if they recommend and additional services or not. One recommended gutter guards the other shook his head and said we didn't.

Gave me a high quote then reduced it when I questioned it.

The job was done so quickly that I am not sure they cleared all of the gutters as contracted. I also did not appreciate them showing up at my home without an agreement of work. The entire transaction left me with a bad feeling.

I was very impressed by the response time and quality of work that was performed. I will definitely use them again and will recommend their service.

Fantastic response time - I had an emergency and they were able to accommodate me on a Saturday. Felt cost of visit to come out and just use caulk to seal around things was high. Problem turned out to not be roof, but was due to air conditioner condenser backing up. Also, had H Parker Contracting and another company provided estimates to replace roof, and it was pointed out by the 2nd company that if I were to sell the home, I would now have a problem with the inspection, because the caulk was applied to seams, and that would give the appearance of a larger issue and that the roof would not pass an inspection. Not happy about that, but too late to do anything about it.

Very fast service - I asked for a quote on Monday and the job was complete by Wednesday.

They responded quickly. I descided to have gutter guards installed as well as gutter cleaning. They had the materials with them and so were able to do both jobs at the same time. Also put in a longer screw to hold a security light that had come loose without extra charge.

The gentlemen were timely and courteous and did a great job. I will definitely use them again for powerwashing. They also cleaned my gutters and installed gutter guards very quickly.
