Great! I called to have someone come out to do this minor plumbing job. Telephone response was polite and businesslike. She said they could probably come out the same day. I asked to delay the repair until the following Monday morning. Rick called me at 0730 Monday morning, arrived in about a half hour, and was done by 0815! All of my dealings with this company have been great over the past 18+ years.

I called because we were not getting water pressure in the shower . I asked if they could use the new handles and stems I bought when they put it back together(I can easily install them myself in 10 minutes but though since they would have it apart any way to fix the water pressure they could use the new ones). The plumber was already angry about something when he got here . He put the new handles on but used the base part from the old ones. So I had to take it off and do it right myself. He made no attempt to fix the water pressure problem in fact we can not get a drop off water out now . He said it was to late in the day to start and he didn't bring any parts anyway. So for the next 5 days we had to fill the tub with a bucket as it is are only shower. Monday when he was to come back he didn't show. My wife called before the office closed and was told they were busy an the Monday appointment was not a guarantee but they could try to come out the next day. We told them not to both and called a better plumber. When a called and ask that my money be refunded as they never even made an attempt at fixing the problem a called about I now had no water at all and the handles were put on wrong. I was told he was sorry that I did not understand that I had to pay for there time.

They have always been really good about servicing my needs. They are good about making sure to come out in a timely manner whenever I need.

We just needed some simple plumb work done and we were very satisfied with the quality of service and the person they sent out.

Came out the day after I called to provide an estimate. The cost was exactly as estimated, and very fair in my opinion. They took the time to explain the workings of the system to me, and I love the new bathroom faucets. I had used this company the previous summer for some pipe work and their prices were very fair, so chose them again this time. Very punctual, professional, and tidy. Very pleased with this company and would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

Went great. He was here the same day that I called and fixed everything.

The job started in Oct. 2011 and is still ongoing. So far,we are very satisfied. Will do a followup report at a later date.

The technician was very prompt and efficient, went right to work and got the job done. He needed another part and rather than go get it he had someone else bring it to him so he could continue to complete the job.

After several days of heavy rain, the ground was saturated and our ancient sump pump wasn't able to keep up. Our basement started to flood. After extending the sump discharge pipe further from the house, the pump got the water out pretty quickly. Then a piece of the on/off float switch broke off and the switch mechanism stopped working. We were able to gerry-rig the switch to stay on all the time, but were afraid that would burn out the motor. When we called Wildasin, they were able to get a serviceman out within 3 hrs (this was a Friday, and we knew we would pay a huge service fee if we had to call over the weekend if the pump completely failed). Because the pump was so old and rusted out, Wildasin installed a new submersible sump pump for us. Now I can rest easy when we get more spring rain, knowing that we should have a nice dry basement. We were very pleased that they got a serviceman out so quickly and were able to solve our problem.
