Dean and Action Door was responsive and professional! We communicated via email and worked out the details of the contract. They asked for a reasonable down payment, and made sure I was happy with the finished product! They arrived the day they said they would and worked a very long day and a half. His crew were all very professional, and nice- all were well-groomed and uniformed. Appearances matter! We will definitely be calling this company back again for the next list of To Dos! What a great experience this was. I highly recommend Dean and Action door to anyone who will ask. It is refreshing to have someone to call that you can count on!

Pretty good some not done to thought of quality

I purchased a package deal online for 3 hours of service. He did call when he got caught in traffic.

I bought the light myself, he is charging me for the labor. He told me what he was going to do, when he was going to do it and what was involved.

I've called them back for several jobs and have always been pleased. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, competent handyman or home repair service. The company will handle little jobs, as well as big jobs -- and Dean and his crew aim to please.

1 person came out to assess what jobs were going to be done and determine if they needed any parts to complete the jobs about a week before 2 other people came out to do the repairs. All were very professional and courteous. All work was done as completed and they even suggested and then added programming for my second garage door opener so that I can use the same keypad for both doors and also programmed the one in my car for both doors so I don't need to keep 2 separate openers in the car. I feel they did a great job!

The first time I scheduled repairs, there was a mix-up on the date (not mine but there's), so we had to re-schedule. However, since then, Action Door has been prompt and reliable. Everything works!! The caulking looks beautiful; the kitchen cabinet drawer looks and works like new; the patio screen door looks great and is finally functional; the faucets are doing the job perfectly. I was so impressed that I asked them to install a new garage door opener -- which, by the way, is awesome. I'm extremely pleased with Action Door and their workers. I'm having them come back to work on a shower door! My thanks to Dean Martin (owner), his son Austin, and all their staff.

Initially, the caulking did not go quite as planned for a number of reasons. However, after speaking with the owner, he came out for a second visit and did a stellar job.

It went okay but I did have to replace the door all together. So he did not put my lock in since I had to replace the door all together, I just put a different lock in. They were fine. There were none other charges.

Fantastic!! The crew arrived at 9am and DID NOT leave until the entire job was finished! As they completed the tasks, they had me look at it to make sure it was what we wanted. I couldn't be more pleased! I WILL use them again and HIGHLY recommend their services!!

Everything was fixed quickly and efficiently. It's nice to be able to have someone that can do the little things that need doing around the house. I'll call them the next time I have something that needs doing.

The gentlemen from Action Door called to let me know that they were on their way. They explained the work that was going to be done on my door. After they were done, I could hear the difference in my door immediately. They explained what they found & provided guidance on maintenance. I will definitely use them again!

Grout/caulk replacement went very well. They did a wonderful job on all 3 bathrooms. Will use them again.

I should begin by saying that "Action" came out very quickly to repair our garage door that was not working. Dean from "action" arrived as scheduled... friendly and courteous. Worked on the garage door and got it fixed in a timely manner. Explained what he did to resolve the issues with the garage door and showed me the parts that he replaced. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs any of the services he provides ! A + to deal with !

Dean inspected and made helpful suggestions and recommendations. He scheduled the work for several weeks ahead, delayed due to door fabrication, and kept us informed of the door delivery schedule. Dean's crew performed the demo, construction, installation and rough carpentry in a single day, and left the worksite clean and orderly. Dean came back to check GHD work, and made well-scheduled Followup visits to complete the drywall finish work. The door proved air- and weather-tight through the winter of 2016-17. We are very satisfied with our new door! We commissioned another single-door installation from Dean, which he completed promptly and satisfactorily. In both cases he negotiated the price fairly, and honored his price estimates, even performing minor additional work without additional cost.

Jarrod and Chris arrived 15 minutes earlier. They were very professional and friendly. They performed the tasks without supervision or guidance. They were very resourceful, too. Some hardware was incompatible with the installation, but they had compatible parts in their truck and provided it to me at no cost. The service was for 3 hours, but they were so efficient that they completed the tasks in less than 2 hours. I was very satisfied with their performance and would recommend their company and particularly this team.

They were very good. They were in and out and did a little extra work to get the door in. They were very professional. I knew there were problems and do not feel like I got charged any extra for the extra work.

I purchased a special for labor and had some difficulties getting them here. When they did not show up as scheduled, it was blamed on an admin. assistant. However, they had my cell phone number and i did not receive a voice mail or text about the need to reschedule. Had second thoughts about having them complete the work, but did reschedule and requested a written estimate so that I would be prepared when they arrived. I did not receive a written estimate. Dave did show up as planned and we talked about the projects. They completed all except the cover for the pool fixtures and were to leave the bill for me when they were done. I called twice requesting the bill. Had to call about the bill as it was not clear how my prior purchase was being credited. They do good work and I am pleased with the quality of the projects they completed. They had to jack-up the deck to replace the posts and the deck is in the back of the house while working around the large steps and fencing.
