He responded promptly to the request and came out to look at the kitchen. Scheduled installation for 10/31. He called during the week to confirm and said he'd be there between 8-8:30. He called that morning to say he was running a little late, but would be there by 8:30. He actually arrived before 8:30. Really appreciated the good communication. He did an excellent job installing the tile backsplash. It looks terrific. He's very professional and really cares about the job and the customer. When things didn't line up just right because of the way the cabinets were hung by the builder, he brought it to my attention and suggested alternatives that worked great. It was very important to him that I was satisfied with the job. I would highly recommend. I love the way it looks. He also does maintenance on garage doors (is overall handyman!) and we were looking for someone to do ours. While he was waiting for tile to set up, he went out to get supplies and serviced our garage doors. Very pleased with that work too and it meant that everything was finished up in one day. Our homeowners association has a list of contractors on their site. I'm going to try to find out how to get Dean Martin added because I would definitely recommend him.

I want to let you know that Dean Maritn , was on time , and he did , excellent job put up the storm door. I will have the service, and the future.

Very friendly and takes pride in his work. Timely as well. He was there less than an hour and did multiple repairs. Informative and courteous. Pleasure to deal with. Very time efficient.

After responding to my message promptly, he arrived on time, as he said he would. He immediately fixed a small mechanical problem. He then did some carpentry work on a storm door. He and his son were able to install a new lock on it. He also noticed that there were loose screws on the door, and was able to take preventative action to fix these. He then worked on the stove as a favor. He couldn't have been any more cooperative or professional. He was neat, clean and was courteous of my home.
