Description of Work: Gary's crew installed outside access to my basement. My home is very old so it was definitely a challenge. The steps & landing are really beautiful. This was done as part of my basement renovation; also installing a bathroom down there & had waterproofing done. His crew showed up right on time & were here for approx. 3-4 days. They were always on time, very professional, & friendly. They worked VERY HARD & were great about cleaning up at the completion of the job. At the completion, I noticed a slight leak. Wasn't sure what was even leaking. The plumber (sub-contracted by my waterproofing company) wanted to charge me $350. to repair it (he was definitely triyng to get extra money for himself). The leak was not a result of anything Gary's crew did, it was something that had been done years ago. At any rate, Gary called me & said he would come back & fix the leak because he didn't think it was fair for me to pay a plumber. What a GREAT guy! You defiinitely can't go wrong hiring Gary - he's very personable, very punctual, & HONEST. You don't find many like him these days!! I'd rate him a '15' on a scale of 1-10. I would use him again in a heartbeat & HIGHLY recommend him!!

Description of Work: They discussed their services over the phone. It was determined that they were not able to do what we needed at our location. That saved both them and me a great deal of wasted time and energy. I really appreicated it.
