The team came out within a few days of my call - power-washing is something they can do even when the weather is poor, so the rainy weather was no problem. They came out midday, cleaned the fence in a matter of a few hours, and had me inspect it before they left. They had the common sense to not use the cleaning chemicals anywhere near my vegetable garden and made sure that the sides facing the neighbors looked spectacular. All in all my fence looks brand new and I'm incredibly happy.

The rainy weather delayed us on a number of occasions, but they were able to come out on a rainy day to do the power washing and a Saturday to do the sealing. They did a fantastic job and our new deck is comfortable, sealed, and very nicely stained. Throughout the process, Colby gave me great advice about the colors to choose for the deck. The only drawback, if it's a drawback for you, is that often I got less than 72 hours' warning that the crew was coming out to do work. The weather has a huge part of this and the fact that a deck can be worked on without having to be home was also a part -- but if you plan on being there for the work or you need to board your dogs or use your deck anytime in the 48 hours after the work is done, this can cause you some complications, so be aware. For us it wasn't a deal-breaker in any way.

Davis kept to their schedule (weather permitting) and did a very fine job at a reasonable price - everything was cleaned up and they even had someone come back and put the barbeque grill back on the deck after the stain dried - would use them again for sure

We needed my Mom's house power washed before putting it up for sale. It had been a while since it was done last and it showed. The crew from Davis Painting came and conquered. They power washed the entire house, the patio and even did the surrounding wall of the patio for free. I would highly recommend them.

House looks very nice. All the guys who showed up to do the work were very nice. They did a great job.

The deck is complete and the foyer is schedule in two weeks due to other construction on the house. Davis Painting was amazing throughout the deck process. the pressure washed the entire deck, sanded all surfaces, applied two coats of stain and even replaced a board on the steps that was not in the original scope. All work was done in a very professional manner and was done on time and on budget. There was a delay due to heavy rain on one day but that is unavoidable.

Colby and his team did a great job and we are very happy with the results. He was a very professional and let us make any customization that we wanted to the job. The quality of the work his team did was top notch as our deck looks brand new!

Davis Painting did a fantastic job for us! We had an incredibly uneven ceiling and they spackled and painted making it look 100x better. They were easy to work with and clean which matters a lot to us!

The workmen were prompt, polite and hard workers who did appear to know exactly what to do when. We could not be more pleased; the best deck work we have ever had done at this home.

I didn't realize how much work went into painting a room, when I saw what was happening in my living room I was in shock lol.. it turned out amazing.. they made my walls look new again, they cleaned up the holes and cracks and made my living room look amazing. Davis Painting LLC painted my house from top to bottom. Everyone was extremely professional. On time everyday. I was given great advice on color coordinating so each room had great flow. They were very organized. At the end of everyday they would clean up and put all of their supplies away in an organized fashion. There weren't any surprise charges once the final payment was due. I will definitely use Davis Painting in the future and I would definitely recommend them!!

Colby Davis and his crew started off on time for our estimate. They were very patient with all of our questions and explained all of our options in painting and pricing. When it finally came time to complete the job, the crew was on time, dressed professionally, and completed the job in less time then originally purposed with fantastic results. Colby estimated the job the same day I called him and had a crew of 5 on-site within 2 days. Overall they did a nice job and got nearly everything done in one day. They came back the next day to finish. Then one guy on day 3 to touch up. They were not able to do the exterior work due to temperature and said they will be out in the spring to do that.

Colby Davis showed up on time and sent a thorough estimate that seemed fair and he did so in a timely fashion. (This alone is half the battle with contractors) I was onsite for the start of the work. Prep work was done properly and professionally. Workers were polite, helpful and competent. We added to the original estimate some wallpaper stripping for the vestibule as it seemed the best way to ensure a proper job. I would use this firm again without hesitation.

I went with Colby Davis, even though their bid was the highest, because I believed he would put far more into the project than his competitors. The results were spectacular. His equipment enabled him to sand down the entire house before staining. The redwood looks almost new. We couldn't be happier.
