I am very happy with the job the crew did trimming the 6 trees. Bill explained some issues he found with the oak tree. The yard was cleaned up. I would use them again.

Bill and team were amazing!!! Showed up with a ton of equipment and crew and cleaned up trees that probably have not been touched for 20 years. Extremely knowledgeable as a certified tree surgeon. Cut down large dead trees and trimmed and conditioned fruit and shade trees on my property. Also advised on future course of action to continue reconditioning my trees for best fruit results. The crew was nice and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up afterwards! Left my property better than when they arrived. They chipped branches for me and even stacked firewood. I would recommend Bill and team to anyone!

Great. they showed up on time. There was bucket truck box truck w/ wood chipper plus bobcat and another two trucks took big tree down piece by piece till just the tunk was left felled that in the lawn in the meantime Bill went after the trees in rear of lot and trimmed them up nicely they took everything away and cleaned up everything. I will have thme back in psring to grind the stump of this tree and a few other stumps already there

Bill and his crew did a phenomenal job on our many trees. Very knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend him for any tree service you need on your property. Bill came out in advance and we walked the property with me. He described and explained everything he was going to do when his crew came out. He was very open to my suggestions and requirements. Easy to communicate with, prompt, professional, and most importantly, honest. They did a great job. They were very accommodating and gave us many options. We really liked them and highly recommend them. We will call them again if we ever need tree work again.

I bought the "$400 for $199" coupon, and when I asked Bill just what we got for the $199, it was just an hour's worth of pruning and chipping of brush. When I told him I had a lot of other work to do, he came down to look at it, and we worked out a deal where he would put in a whole day, give me credit for the coupon purchase, and instead of charging me to haul firewood away, would credit me $50 per truckload against the price of all the work. His crew is really very good, got to the job a little bit late, and left a little bit early, but really put in a good day, taking down several trees that I needed to have removed, grinding up a large stump, leaving me a nice pile of chipped brush for mulch, and only some minor cleanup on my part. Good guys. Would use B&G again, you just need to be ready to wheel and deal a little bit.

Bill promptly replied to my purchase through Angie's list and made arrangements to come look at the property and work to be performed. He provided knowledgeable information about the trees growing on our property and gave us time to make a final decision about what we wanted done. He followed up a week later on a Tuesday night and asked to come out Thursday to do the work. He called Wednesday night to let me know that he would be running about an hour behind but assured that the work would be completed the next day. The deal purchased was for six hours of work, however, they were able to finish the job in four hours.

All the tree work went very well. They accidentally hooked the mailbox with the chipper truck, but installed a new one for me.

This service went very well. Very courteous, on-time, and very efficient.

All work was done according to our specifications. Bill was knowledgeable and experienced. He and his crew accomplished a lot in the day they worked at our property. We would certainly hire him again.

There were personal issues in the sellers life, so there was quite a bit of back and forth about changing the delivery time. In the end, he came at the originally agreed upon time, but it was a little frustrating. The owner was very nice, but the wood he delivered was not the quality promised. Some of the pieces were HUGE, far to big to be used without major cutting, and overall the wood was not even half-cured. I had to continually set out the next few pieces by the wood stove to dry them out, or they wouldn't burn properly. I might use this company again, but I would be much more specific about what I wanted so I didn't receive junk wood.

The tree removal was a job to behold, Bill and his crew knew exactly what they were doing, spoke with the homeowner before he did anything, explaining where the tree would land, and the impact of having the tree drop where he planned. With the homeowner's permission, the crew set to work and the tree was dropped exactly where he said it would drop. MAGNIFICENT. Bill Gambone is a craftsman who takes pride in the work he does and it shows in the professionalism of the company. When the job was completed, except for the missing tree, and the branches and brush that they cleaned up, you would never have known the crew, their trucks, lifts, and grinders were ever here. EXTREMELY Well done. If there were grades higher than A, this company would be given them. You can't go wrong hiring this company.

It has been many, many years since I have seen the level of customer service delivered by B.G. Services. The site was left immaculate -- even better than when they had arrived -- when the job was finished. There was pride in the work that was done. The owner, who was on site to do the work with his crew, organized a great bunch of guys to do the work in the least amount of time. Everyone on the crew was mindful of the customer and pleasing the customer was the goal of the day. I am already recommending these guys to many of my friends who need this kind of work. I had to get a refund for the deal because they quoted me another $1000 on top of what I paid for the deal.

Bill is very knowledgeable and works really hard. We are very pleased with everything that he did here. We had Bill remove several trees, prune trees and cut many that were down into firewood size pieces. He chipped and cleaned up all the brush in the yard and woods and removed several old stumps. After the Deal , I had Bill return the next day and take more trees down and do more chipping. I plan to have him back again this fall.

Bill Gambone is a breath of fresh air in this day of service providers being less than honest. He detailed how our tree if pruned would just regrow to the original height and girth dimensions. His explanation of our tree's growth characteristics made it clear that what we desired could be performed by ourselves. He also discussed the tools needed and the manner of pruning for the tree. He both saved us money and provided the knowledge to achieve the desired end results for our tree. We would highly recommend him to all for any tree and/or landscaping service.We certainly would use his services in the future as those specific needs arise. He is a credit to Angie's List.

This was my first experience with Angie's List. Bill was very responsive from the start. He suggested some things that I had not thought of and told me how to properly maintain the land with minimal expense. I would highly recommend Bill and BG Services.

Highly recommend! It went extremely well. Bill & his crew are easy to work with & very responsive to any requests that we had. He takes the time to answer questions & his work is top notch. We are very happy with the speed of the project & quality. We've had Bill take down trees for us & he was kind enough to take care of a rouge branch that fell in the middle of our yard while his crew was working on our driveway.

The crew worked hard to cut down many damaged and fallen trees, cut logs into sections, and stack wood. We would we welcome them back in the future!

They did a great job! I was really impressed that they didn't tear up the yard because the ground was somewhat wet from the rain that came through earlier in the week. My neighbor was so impressed with the job they did, he ended up hiring them to remove a tree on his property.

Bill and his crew arrived on the day scheduled and began work promptly to complete the agreed upon work. They pruned and took down several pine/spruce trees that were in bad shape from last winter's ice storm. The debris was chipped on site and the logs and wood chips were piled neatly in the planned location (I did not want the wood chips or logs hauled away). As the day went on Bill realized they were making good time and could prune another tree and take it down as well which was done also. The crew put in a full day and worked very hard only stopping for 1/2 hour lunch break. I highly recommend B.G. Services of Parkerford and would use them to perform tree work in the future. GREAT JOB BILL AND CREW!

B.G Services was came out and accessed the problem and came up with a solution that worked for us. We ended up cutting down two trees in order to keep our roof clean of leaves. B.G. was prompt and very neat. Overall I am happy with the job and would use them again. They even gave me some tips on other trees in the yard.
