Description of Work: BG came when he said he would, he fixed exactly what needed to be done, and he cleaned everything up after he completed the work on my tree. I would recommend him very highly for tree work.

Description of Work: Pruned and removed trees (about 14 of them). Followed all out wishes. Cleaned up afterwards. Friendly, knowledgable and professional.

Description of Work: I made a mistake and assumed a tree bucket and crane were standard equipment for all tree work. The owner came out and gave me an idea of the work possible and it wasn't what I had expected. He was very nice and gave me an idea of what would be done.

Description of Work: B&G Services removed two trees and trimmed six others. They chipped and hauled away all debris. I was very pleased with the results and would hire them again.

Description of Work: It went well they were prompt kind and courtesy. I did not have the work because the cost was to high for what I needed done.

Description of Work: BG Services removed a large Ash tree that was growing very close to the house. The removal was challenged by the clusters of trees around them and the creek that flows passed the house. NO Worries for BG Services, they brought in the equipment that allowed them to take the tree down in section with little impact on the surroundings. Cleanup was wonderful and except for the missing tree, you wouldn't know they were here. Lovely!

Description of Work: Bill and his crew trimmed my overgrown holly tree (well over 40 feet tall), shaping the tree, removing dead branches, cutting vines, and cleaning up with a huge chipper. I am satisfied with this service. Bill was very responsive to my calls and tried hard to schedule at my convenience. He explained what they were doing in detail and gave me good advice about talking with my neighbor about the tree because it sits on the property line. I asked Bill to trim a branch on another tree on my property while he was doing the holly tree job, and he willingly took care of it for me at no extra charge.

Description of Work: B G removed 2 large trees, two stumps near the deck and patio and one in the backyard. One stump by the house was from a tree previously taken down and extremely large in diameter. It required moving the equipment over the back walkway and patio. Work was done with no damage. They also trimmed trees in the front and back yard, including some clean-up from last winter's ice storm. Work was very good and clean up good too. Please note that the special only was for 1 stump removal so we had to pay extra for the other two but price was reasonable.

Description of Work: They left a whole branch. He said "you get what you pay for" he didn't even have a ladder. He was a long time coming.

Description of Work: The provider walked my property with me and stated what he would be doing. It was clear that the work required would exceed the amount proposed. He told me each item needed and I concurred. When he came to do the work he had an assistant to help him. They did the work, cut down the one tree that was completely dead and ground up the fallen tree. Limbs that were also dead were cut down and ground up. Other limbs were propped up so that they could be saved. After they were finished they cleaned everything up. Good job. It was well worth the money I paid.
