+ -1 moreI'll cut to the chase: You cannot go wrong with Jay Gill Plumbing! This is a plumber that you can trust to do exactly what he promises to do, when he promises to do it, and at a fair price. Now the details: Late on Friday afternoon, we discovered that our hot water tank had failed. I left a message for Jay Gill at about 4:30PM, thinking that we might be out of luck so late on a Friday. Jay returned my call in less than a half hour and then coordinated with the technician who was designated "on call" for the weekend. He arrived at our house shortly after 8:00AM on Saturday morning to take measurements to install a new tankless hot water heater. By about 2:30PM that day, the job was complete, everything cleaned up, and working perfectly. As usual, service was prompt and professional at a very fair price - even on a Saturday!
