Good,very satisfied

The technician diagnosed the problem quickly. Surprisingly to me, he had the needed parts on the truck. He repaired the dryer quickly and efficiently and effectively.

As expected. No problems

He was very thorough. And, when the ordered part came in, he came to install it at my daughter's convenience. Due to her job, she was not able to be home at a convenient time for him. So, he came at her convenience.

Excellent - would recommend to friends.

It was a really good experience. His knowledge of appliances was very extensive. He has been in business for 50 years. He knew the model number as soon as he walked in. He knew the subject matter. His expertise and friendliness stood out. He has been long standing in the community. We haven't decided whether or not we are going to actually fix them. We actually may be looking at a kitchen remodel and he offered to help us appliance shop and let us know about performance on certain models and brands. We will definitely be using him again.

I was really satisfied with the job completed by Ralph and his son. My only complaint was that I was told they would arrive between 10 a - 2 p, and they didn't show up until 3 pm. Overall I would use the company again and would recommend them.

After the work was completed, they then advised me that they don't know what to do and to contact Sears which I did. Sears came out and said that since another service company worked on the machine and "screwed it up" they will not service it. They would not tell me what "screwed it up" meant. Ralph at Holland had been very professional to deal with and up to a week ago I would have given them high marks but now he won't return my calls. He told me that the parts were under warranty so I would like to get credit for the ones that didn't work. I am now stuck with a $1,400 washer that has all new parts and close to $1,000 in total parts and repairs invested in it but doesn't work correctly and it doesn't look like Sears or Holland will agree to service it any longer. My main problem remains with Sears-I will never buy another appliance from them. I am also not happy that I have paid a significant amount to Holland Appliance who now say they can't fix the machine and won't return my calls

QUITE PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME, VERY PERSONABLE, AND WHAT HE CHARGED WAS A GOOD ENOUGH PRICE FOR ME. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL HIM AGAIN.

I called yesterday, and they gave me a 10 am to 2 pm window for today. They arrived at 10:15 am, made a quick diagnosis and a quick repair, and I feel like it was priced reasonably. The repairman was a nice guy.

Very displeased by there service. Had no courtesy to call me and let me know he couldn't make the appointment Saturday and then to not returned my followup call from Saturday on Monday...this is not the way to run a business. He lost my business and any referrals he could have received from my word of mouth. Never ever do business with this company again.

This is a good company. They were there when they said they would be and did a nice job

THEY CAME EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND DID NOT OVERCHARGE ME.

BOTH REPAIRMEN AND RECEPTIONIST WERE POLITE AND ON TIME. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. WITH THE EXPECTION OF THE LONG DELIVERY TIME FOR THE PART FOR THE RANGE, (OUT OF THEIR HANDS) THEY WERE GOOD.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEM.

THEY ARE THE ONLY APPLIANCE SERVICE I WILL USE. THE OWNER IS FRIENDLY, RELIABLE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE WILL TROUBLESHOOT OVER THE PHONE FIRST BEFORE HE COMES OUT TO REPAIR, AND HE WILL GIVE A ROUGH ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE IF HE CAN.

VERY ACCESSIBLE. THEY CAN BE REACHED AND RESPOND QUICKLY.

THE REPAIR WAS COMPLETED EACH TIMES WITHIN 2 DAYS OF MY CALL. THE WORKMAN WAS VERY NICE & PROFESSIONAL. THE APPLIANCES WORKED WELL AFTER THE REPAIRS & THE REPAIRMAN WAS ON TIME!
