I generally don't do reviews till the work is done, but I had to do this since Richard Friedenberg is very professional and pleasant person to work with. I was happy how he explained the process in brief and providing estimates and details when needed. I was going to hire him for my windows but I had to postpone the job for some personal reason. I am planning this job for next year and I plan to use him again.

We were very pleased with Think Windows. Rich Friedenberg was a pleasure to work with, very responsive to our questions. Although replacing windows is somewhat costly, Rich's price was fair and reasonable. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, finishing the job in a timely manner. When the job was complete, they walked around and checked everything and cleaned up thoroughly. We would recommend this company.

Project went perfect! First I'll say that I did get an estimate from Power and they have the smooth sales person which comes in and gives to the demo and full sales pitch (extremely long!) Rich's process is quite the opposite in a good way. He looks at what you need and doesn't try to dazzle and up-sell you on the Cadillac of windows (unless that's what you want). He provides an estimate, the how process very low pressure and doesn't take 4 hours of your time. His crew is extremely professional. The installer came out to take final measurements for our windows a week after we hired him. On project day (about 3 weeks later) the crewed showed up on time and began working right away. They worked methodically, starting upstairs. Two man crew finished all 7 windows in about 7 hours, including clean-up and removal of all debris. We couldn't be happier. Previously we had to wrap our windows in plastic to keep the cold out and now we can look out our windows with a clear view. It also feels much warmer in our home. We haven't gotten a utility bill yet, but I'm sure our electric bill will go down. I'd highly recommend Think Windows for your window project!

He only uses the best products. He was the only window provider that would see me without my husband. He was extremely professional and the work was amazing. The price of the work was definitely worth the quality of craftsmanship.

From start to finish Rich was great. He provided a wealth of information, guided us through the process and promptly responded to every question and concern. Rich was very professional and always a gentleman. I honestly cannot say enough how much my wife and I appreciated working with Rich. He and his crew were very pleasant and competent in every way.
