Mr. & Mrs. [Member Name Removed], We’ve tried numerous times to reach you, outside of Angie’s List, via phone call and email, to discuss your negative review of Craftwell Builders, and try to rectify any issues, but have not gotten any response from you. We appreciate and seek, ANY feedback, positive or negative, as we see it as a means to improve our services and way of doing business. We’d truly love to understand the basis for your negative review, as you have provided no details, here. We’d prefer to address your concerns directly with you, but we haven’t been given that opportunity. That being the case, we’d be doing ourselves a disservice here on Angie’s List, if we do not respond in some way, here publicly. Again, we’d still love to speak directly to address and do whatever it takes to rectify any issues or concerns you may have/had with our service. BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front) - You requested service from Craftwell Builders via Angie’s List on 9/11/2015, we had what appeared to be a pleasant, productive visit with you at your home to discuss and assess the project (convert one large bathroom into two smaller bathrooms), emailed you a proposal on 10/6/2015, and subsequently tried to follow up MANY times (over 10 times), via phone and email in October, November, and December. We did speak ONCE after you received the proposal, and you asked to call us back at a more convenient time, for you. That call never came. After reaching out again, the next we heard from you was the negative review. Again, we truly want to hear your thoughts. We feel we put forth much effort to try and communicate. If the proposal cost was high, in your opinion, and the basis of this negative review, we can certainly discuss. But we feel it was a fair proposal for completing two bathrooms. Ultimately, we’d like to do whatever it takes to rectify the situation, and without any feedback from you, that’s difficult to impossible. We recently were awarded an Angie’s List Super Service Award for 2015 which we truly appreciate, because we DO value our customers and all customer feedback.
