+ -1 moreWe met and discussed what I was looking for and why. He understood that I was trying to close in the back yard for my dog. But then I also shared that I'd like a small patio and and area for grilling, as well as a better way to access the back yard that would be intuitive and pretty. Mr. Schmid came up with ideas that I never would have thought of on my own. He was a pleasure to meet and someone I would highly recommend! I plan to use him next spring to put those ideas in place.
Description of Work: I asked Mr. Schmid for an estimate to install a fence in my backyard. In the end, we discussed other elements of the yard that I had not considered. He has a keen eye for how to landscape and how to incorporate a patio and he even suggested a very different plan for how to access the back yard! He has vision...a quality that not all contractors possess! He is punctual...was waiting for me when I got home from work. He is personable and friendly. Even my dog liked him! Speaking of the dog....Mr Schmid made a suggestion for fencing that would save me a significant amount of money. Naturally I will want to hire him in the spring to put some of those plans in action. I can't imagine hiring anyone else!
