Everything went very well. Rich was on time and completed the job with no delays and no imposition on my parents. Rich and his team were friendly and very hard working. Rugs were removed. Furniture was moved and placed back. Cleanup was excellent. Rich set up a timeline and kept it. He also went out of his way to let my mother know he would be availaibe at any time if she had questions or if she needed something with the rugs. There was no need to have him come back as the job was done very well. She is very pleased with the workmanship and Rich's professionalism. If and when I need capeting I will call Rich.

I called Rich to let him know my basement was re-finished and was ready to install some carpets as well as my newborn sons room. He was over my house the same day with samples and was ready to accomodate a rush job as my son was about to be born that week. My wife and I selected a carpet from his samples. ( he had many and was extremely knowledgable and helpful). Rich came out with a helper and took care of a very large area in less then an eight hour day. We were extremely pleased with the quality! the place looks great and I was grateful that he was able to do the job on such short notice. He knew we needed them done quickly and he delivered happily. What I liked most was his personality and professionalism. I trusted him and his helper in my home while my wife and I were not there. That goes a long way these days with contractors. I myself have an "A" rated painting company on Angie's List and Rich delivered the same professionalism and punctuality that i would expect from a contractor. He came to us from a referral from a friend and I would happily refer him without hesitation to anyone!!!!!!!! Thanks Rich, We are thrilled with the job!!! we will surely be calling them again for our future projects.

When a pipe burst in my bathroom and flooded the living room and dining room below, I was forced into replacing the carpeting in my home a couple of years earlier than anticipated. After receiving a few estimates from different companies, some bigger-named than others, I settled on Rich?s Rugs. I had been referred to Rich?s Rugs through a colleague who had used their services and was very happy with the quality of work done. Rich (the owner of Rich?s Rugs) came to my home with numerous carpeting samples and photos of his previous work. After looking through all of the samples and selecting a plush neutral carpet, Rich took measurements of my home, made some calculations and provided an estimate for his service and a date at which it could be performed. The initial estimate was below what others had quoted, prompting me to ask ?What?s the catch?? Rich assured me that he could do the work for the price quoted, and stated that since he was a small company he needed to provide as good, if not better, quality work for less cost than his competitors with bigger names and advertising budgets. After speaking with my wife and going over all the estimates we had received, we chose to go with Rich?s Rugs for our carpeting. Rich came to our home on the scheduled day and completed everything that promised. He and his associate took care of moving all of the furniture and was very careful not to damage any of our pieces. When the carpeting was installed?with all the work being completed in one day?it looked even better than I anticipated, especially the staircase. Rich?s Rugs was nothing short of professional before, during and after the installation, and I am so pleased with my carpets that I?ve called Rich and asked if he would be willing to give my father-in-law a quote as well, even though he lives over 100 miles away. (The two of them will be getting together later this summer.)
