Rich was wonderful. He was easy to get in touch with, we made an appointment and he was prompt and even gave me a courtesy call when he was on the way. He came over with tons of samples and different options and talked me through all the price points and helped come within my budget. We scheduled a time for him to come and install and again we got a courtesy call prior to arrival and they were fast, efficient and professional. The carpet looks and feels great. I will continue to use Rich for all of my carpet needs and I would/will recommend him to anyone who needs carpet in the future. He was so wonderful to work with and we couldn't be happier. We had Rich install new carpet in our living room and basement. He did a great job!! He was very helpful in helping us choose the right kind of carpet. He was very easy to work with and his prices were fair. We would definitely use him again!

Carpeting was the last step of a big basement remodel that we had to do after a flood. We had to have everything completed by our deadline, which was 4/17/14, because we have family coming to stay with us for a few days. I contacted Rich and he came out to give me an estimate the very next day! He was on time, professional, and he helped me understand my different options for carpet and the carpet pad. Once I chose the carpet, he took me through the process step by step. He was incredibly flexible in working with our schedule and came out on Saturday morning, 4/12/14, to install the carpet. He even brought extra crew members so that he would get the work done quickly and efficiently for us. Within 2 hours, they were finished! It was so fast and the final product looked AMAZING! Everything was done beautifully. Rich left us with some extra carpet in case we ever need to do a repair, and if we do, you can be certain we will be using Rich's Rugs! I was so impressed with the work and can't thank Rich and his guys enough!

Rich is very easy to contact and responds quickly. Came out on a Sunday Morning with samples, called just before he got here to say he was on his way. Bought out carpet that would work for us and our two yellow labs!! Took about a week for carpet to come in. Rich called again to say they were on their way on day of installation. Work took about 4 hours. RIch is courteous and professional. Excellent experience love our carpets .

It could not have gone smoother. Rich was courteous and patient. He gave us a great price on the carpet and padding. Rich and his crew did three different rooms , a hallway and stairs using 3 different styles of carpet. He was in and out in less than 6 hours and in that time he took all the old carpet, cut it and bagged it for easy disposal, and laid down amazing carpet. Probably the best part in working with Rich was the communication. We knew every step of the way when he was coming and what to expect.

Rich was on time for both the original appointment and for the installation. He was courteous and professional throughout. The job was completed in good time and very satisfactorily. He moved a heavy piano and couch at no extra charge. Rich called two weeks later to be sure the job was to our satisfaction. It was. I would highly recommend Rich's Rugs to anyone.

My washing machine leaked gallons of water into the hallway and dining room. After ripping out all of the wet carpet and replacing the washer/dryer .... it was time to get the carpet replaced.I spoke to Rich and set-up an estimate appointment. He arrived at the scheduled time, brought samples and measured the room. I gave a deposit for half the total cost and scheduled the installation. Rich's availability allowed the work to be done within the week. The installation took an hour less than his original estimate and the carpet looks wondeful. Rich is extremely pleasant and a genuinely kind person. It was a pleasure working with him. I will definitely call Rich's Rugs with any future flooring work.

Dealing with Rich was a pleasure. He is a genuinely nice guy. He showed us lots of samples at home and explained about the different qualities of carpet. The carpet we chose was very fairly priced compared to other quotes we had received.. The carpet is now installed and beautiful. Rich and a partner did a very quick installation and cleaned up at the end..I would recommend him highly.

If you want the carpet installed in your home you better call rich. If not then you are settling Him And his crew are amazing. Love you guys. Love you all

This is the 2nd time we've used Rich, and once again, he was prompt and efficient, the installation was meticulous, and the clean-up thorough.

Rich was professional and punctual. His team of 3 were in and out in about an hour to replace 3 areas of carpet that had been pulled up and dried out due to water damage. I would use him again.

Rich and his crew were great. Very accommodating to us having to reschedule our first appointment due to issues with our closing. They went above and beyond whenever possible by removing the old tack strips and staples left behind. The results were so good we already plan on using them again to install new carpet in our remaining bedroom.

Rich was great to work with. Very prompt in phone communication and start and end work times. He and his staff got right to work and were done in a few hours. Rich is very personable and in my opinion, quite honest. He explained the job and the logistics of laying the carpet to flow from room to room. His price was very good, and better then another quote that was for carpet of a lesser grade. I recommend him w/o hesitation.

I live in a condo in Old City Philadelphia and recently got the carpet in the condo changed. Working with Rich and his team was an extremely satisfying experience, right from the basic quote to the actual date of service. Rich was prompt in replying calls and gave a fair estimate of the cost. The good part was that he answered all questions with full detail and also provided helpful suggestions on how to make a decision. He also finished the work within the promised time frame and made sure that the job was finished with perfection. His team members were equally courteous and friendly and also did an excellent job. There were no hidden surprises on the cost and everything including the moving of furniture, hauling away of old carpet, parking in the city etc. was built into the cost. I would definitely work with him on future projects and would recommend him to anybody without any hesitance.

Install went very well. Rich was extremely responsive and courteous. Worked me in on short notice and finished our large walk in closet in about an hour. Will definitely be calling Rich for our next project.

Rich does excellent work and is just an overall nice guy. He offered exactly the right product for our home. Rich also provided accurate timing as to when I could expect our installation to happen. This is probably an under-appreciated quality, but it was super important to us that Rich and his team did such a great job during cleanup. . . we have a toddler at home who would leave no stray carpet-staple unturned. Finally, of course, the carpets look fantastic. I love them, and wish I had done this years ago! Thanks Rich & team!

The process went very well from beginning to end. Rich of Richs Rugs responded promptly to the initial request for an estimate for the job. The work was scheduled and performed as agreed. The Richs Rugs team were courteous and punctual.The job was completed on schedule and I am very pleased with the results as well as the professional manner of Rich and all.

As a repeat customer, I called Rich on a Friday afternoon to inquire about covering my basement steps in carpet. He quickly told me he knew exactly what I wanted. He came to my house that evening as planned... Of course, I loved his suggestion. He remembered exactly what color he did my entire upstairs with a few months back which really impressed me. After talking about scheduling a time for install, we settled on Monday which was going to be hectic for him, but easy for me... he then called me and asked if he could do it the very next day instead....of course, I said yes. Rich and his son are very courteous and neat. Rich is very concerned with his customer's happiness. He is very polite and very gracious and does excellent work. What more could you possibly ask for?? Rich and his son did a fantastic job with the install today. I called him a week earlier and he came out with plenty of samples to choose from. He really knows his trade and was able to recommend a style and quality that worked for us. He called before he left this morning to give me a an accurate ETA. He arrived on-time, installed the carpet in a little over two hours, removed the old carpet, and cleaned up everything when he was finished. He's a true professional that cares about the quality of his work and it shows. I love the new color, the new style, and the fact that it was done right. I wouldn't hesitate to have him back or recommend him to any of my friends or family. He delivered on everything he said he would and I can't thank him enough for a job well done. Thanks Rich!

What can I say-Rich and his team are amazing. They are excellent carpet installers who know their product and business. Poor Rich had to come back and reinstall the carpeting in my bedrooms twice as the first carpet came in from the distributor defective. Unfortunately for all of us, it was a defect that couldn't be seen until you vacuumed the finished product. He stuck by the product he sold me (even when his distributor didn't!) and made sure I had beautiful carpets that I am happy with and an intact warranty. Also, his team did a great job moving the furniture-very careful and considerate. Everything was put back where I wanted it. He is excellent at keeping in touch with his clients-easy to get a hold of and easy to work with. I like that as I have worked with many contractors who don't call you back. I would HIGHLY recommend Rich to any friend.

Rich and his guys were great. Rich came to our house and spent a lot of time with us explaining our options and making recommendations about which carpet and pad to choose. He was professional, honest, and thorough. He was proactive in getting the materials and setting an install date, since we were on a tight timeline. The install was quick and everything looks great. I will use Rich again in the future and my wife actually recommended him to her boss.

This is the standard in which contractors should live by! This was hands down the best service I have received from a contractor!!! Rich answered the phone on the very first call, was extremely friendly and personable, walked me through the whole process over the phone, and not only was able to come out the very next day but had the job complete the same day. Rich and his team within a matter of 20 minutes had seamed, stretched and fixed all the problems with the existing carpet, making it look perfect. He not only met my expectations but exceeded them.
