Description of Work: Rich carpeted the basement that we just had finished. We opted for higher grade padding because it was put on top of a cement floor and we also had closet and steps carpeted.

Description of Work: They installed our family room carpeting. He came to our house about a week ago and had a wide variety of samples and helped us selected the best product for our room. They were professional, on time, and did an excellent job. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Highly recommend Rich's Rugs. Great service, professional and trustworthy. Due to a bleach spill we wanted to only replace the section of carpet with bleach spots to reduce the cost. We had recently moved into our home and had no idea what the brand/type/color of existing carpet was/is and how to go about finding a match. Also we had no swatches in the garage. Rich was able to find our carpet!! He found our carpet, ordered what we needed and performed the install himself with his team. Seamless job. We are extremely satisfied! Thanks Rich!

Description of Work: They installed extra thick padding and a beautiful dark blue carpet in our family room. I called in the morning and they were at my place that evening doing the measuring. Amazingly fast, thorough and beautiful quality of work. Highly recommend, and I WILL be using them again, thank you Rich!!

Description of Work: I had to do some ceiling repair and repaint a room, including the baseboards. I wanted to get our shag carpet out of the way, but I knew I couldn't re-stretch and tack it afterwards. I also need the job done soon after paint was done so I could get furniture delivered. I was worried about finding someone to do a small job on short notice, but I called Rich and I couldn't be happier. Rich agreed to do the job for a very reasonable minimum, Rich was very responsive in calling me back, easy to set up an appointment with, punctual on the day of service, and a true professional! The carpet is stretched and re-tacked and looks fabulous! I would definitely recommend Rich for any carpeting needs!

Description of Work: Ray tore out and replaced the carpet and pad in my basement as well as on the steps to the basement. He was prompt, professional and did a great job.

Description of Work: Rich replaced the carpet on the stairs in our townhome. We're very pleased with the result. He was very accommodating in setting up each appointment, and even came out to do the install just a day after I called him to let him know we were ready to get the work done (we had a painter come out to paint the hallway in the stairwell before the carpet was replaced, so the carpet was ordered and waiting for the paint job to be done). The whole project was done in just a couple of hours and looks great. Would definitely recommend Rich to others (and would use him again myself, if we had any future projects). | |Also, regarding the paint job, at one point after our carpet was selected and ordered, I got nervous that the color we were picking for the paint was too similar - Rich offered to come out with a sample of the carpet so we could compare it to the wall color. We ended up not needing him to do so because we went a different direction with the color, but I appreciated his willingness to help.

Description of Work: Rich brought carpet samples to our home. We had great choices to pick from. We chose a carpet that was in stock and it was installed the very next day. Rich is prompt, courteous, neat and did a great job installing the carpet. We would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future.

Description of Work: I reached out to rich via email and within an hour he got back to me and that night he was at our house. We had a Berber rug that we wanted repaired and we knew that it would be a challenge to fix it. Rich gave us our options, at the end of the day we replaced the rug. Rich was prompt, communicated well with us and we the rug install went very well. We are so pleased with our new rug. And when we get ready to replace other rugs in the house we will call rich.
